Desperation indicates a decided direction, in which to be desperate. This is like, bipolar sign anything that has hands, which is what some here are applauding stan for doing, just sit back, and make smart decisions.

The Knicks, to me, are THE worst franchise in basketball.

I was in a nice argument with a friend who said Deandre has a much better post game than Drummond and that he is going to be great on the mavericks with a bigger role. He said that Deandre shot much higher field goal percentage than Dre so I had to go explain to him why. Deandre only took 24 hook shots last season and made ten while Andre took 192 and made 82. Also Deandre had 292 dunks compared to Andre's 166 dunks. Deandre is a very nice player no doubt and is a better defender than Dre at this point but I just laugh when people say he is a much better offensive/post player.

Harris isn't that good anymore and who knows whats going on with Matthews achilles. Heck, that contract might not even make it if he doesn't do well enough on the physical.

Backcourt looking flimsy, and I think people might underestimate how important Ellis was to that team. I don't think they're better than they were last year, they might be just as good though.

Rockets got Beverly for 18M over 3 years, and Brewer for 24M over 3 years

That is a little high for Brewer but 6M for Beverly is a steal

Now Houston can turn around and trade Ariza, Terence Jones, Papa (Greek SF) and have enough room to sign LMA

Beverly-Harden-Brewer-LMA-Howard/DMo

Ariza/Jones/Papa for our top 5 protected pick next season, top 10 protected two season after then unprotected
