Hard to imagine that.

We SHOULD be involved in everything. Second (and even First) Apron should be making teams a little more cap conscious. We (and Philly) are Kings this summer. We could help most any trade. I hope we hear rumors daily (hourly?) on all the things we’re doing over the next couple of weeks.

Nothing earth shattering but a good summary of what to look forward to the next few weeks.

I'm hoping that George or Klay or Harden decide they want to leave their current teams and sign with somebody without the cap to sign them outright, and those teams comes calling to Detroit looking for dump some salary.

OG officially declines his player option. Is now unrestricted.

Just sayin'.

That was going to happen even if he was a sure bet to resign.

Sure? No.

Very likely though.

My point was that the fact that he opted out means nothing. That was always going to happen.

Why would Utah want him?

Seems like a terrible fit there. Ainge has an unhealthy obsession with ranged players who are tweeners defensively.

Pretty sure he's gonna want to come here over Utah. I just hope it's something like a 2 year deal

I'd rather trade for Grant than sign Tobias.

Could be Tobi's agent trying to drum up interest in his client . . . pretty common this time of year

Very possible.

Odd choice though.

Tobias is a good community dude, who will defer to Cade and can hit the three from the PF spot. Pay 25% more annually to get out of 3rd year.

Setting aside whether I want him or not, he’s an unrestricted free agent.

If he wants us and we want him we don’t need to deal with Charlotte at all.

Why are we trading the #5 pick for a free agent?

I seriously doubt Langdon will want to take on the PR hit Bridges brings

“You can sign this guy AND keep the pick, but why not just give us the pick for no reason at all?”

It just makes no sense
