Me & SC go back & forth for example but he usually always brings facts to the table to back up his opinion.

Exactly.

Agreed.

On another note...DeRozan bounced back big time after a bad first game. 17 in the 4th. That guy is pure work ethic, he's improved so much since coming into the league.

Don't forget the Bobcats. The Bobcats are in the playoffs before us. That should be a shocking wakeup call for Gores.

Your exaggerations are epic.

lol. Personally I don't think Clarity has any disdain towards you, he just straight up disagrees with your opinion. That's one of the great things about this particular sub forum; You can argue/disagree with someone else without them taking it personally, just legit basketball discussion. Even most of the Monroe haters here are quality posters.

Back to the point...I agree 100% with Neptune. There are loads of similarities between ZBo/Moose. Moose has some advantages on him. Specifically, age (room to grow), taller, more athletic. Both rely heavily on being able to face up or post up and score using fakes, hooks, layups, spins ect...neither are good defenders. Zach is a legitimate mid range threat, Moose is shaky.

Getting to ZBo's level is very much possible. It'll take work though...gotta become more consistent, a better shooter, a better FT shooter and work on his post game more.

ComboGuardCity wrote:No. Zbo was not a leader early in his career. Uncontested air ball fadeaway 3s and punching a dude in the face are prime examples. He also wasn't gritty. Unless you're using it to mean dumbass.

Exactly.

Oh man. Why does everyone know who you're talking about when you mention the 2 that seemingly have disdain for you? One creates more accounts via IP spoofing than anyone else while being the most elaborate contrarian I've ever seen and the other just has a negtaive agenda edge to it while being a superfan.

For the record, I'm still passing these And1's out like candy!

I don't want anyone here getting sensitive and think I'm picking sides, lol. I just love that And1 button. And I agree with MrBigShot, Derozen played well tonight. Don't forget about Val with 15pts and 14rebs, I'm starting to respect him. He's getting playoff experience while our beast(Drummond) is sitting at home. :-?

Thanks Neptune haha. You're a homer, but you're our (board's) homer. \m/

Wish I could give some of my and1s to Jennings...he could use some help finishing with contact.

I think the Raptors/Wiz/Hawks/Bobcats vs our team goes a long way towards showing the importance of guard play. Wall/Beal, Lowry/DeRozen, Kemba & Teague are miles above Jennings. With the way the rules are in the league you need a guard who is able to penetrate and bend the defense, with the ability to finish at the rim/draw fouls/kick the ball out to open shooters. The book is out on Jennings, he doesn't collapse a defense because guys know he's very likely to throw up a bad off balance 2 point shot vs attempting to finish strong and initiate contact.

Jennings possesses some strong pg attributes with much better floor vision than a guy like Knight, but his inability to be a guy like Wall/Kemba/Lowry who can manipulate defenses and his lack of ability guarding the ball shows he's likely best suited as a Jason Terry type guy who you can pull off the bench and can make a big impact on nights he's feeling it, but you can put right back on the bench on nights he doesn't have it.

Turner and Stephenson got into a fight on the eve of playoffs.

Man that locker room is toxic. I'm so glad Turner isn't on this team.

And Dragic is MIP who is one of the guys I thought would win. Davis wasn't going to win since it was a rookie -> soph jump which is usually expected. I thought Dragic, Green, and Stephenson were deserving of those awards. And looking at the voting results, many people expected the same too. Markieff being on there is another one I forgot to mention.

I can't believe the Suns have 3 MIP voted in players in Green, Dragic (winner), and Markieff. Fantastic coaching and culture there.

I get people pissing you off, as I certainly do get heated occasionally, but you know that when you post stuff like this that you're taking this forum way too seriously.

Well now. We should all take a step back and re-evaluate where we are. It's an Internet forum ,not anything serious.
