Are any of the players from the Going To Work or Right Way(whatever you want to call them) team HOF worthy? looking at the team im not sure, I dont think any of them really had the body of work to state a true case.
Ben was probably the best defensive player on the planet for a minute, but it took him a long time to come into his own and he had a short peak.
Sheed had HOF talent, but I dont think he had a HOF career.
Chaunceys similar to Ben, he was one of the best PGs in the game, but it was only for a short time.
Hamilton had a nice career but not HOF worthy. maybe if you add in his College accomplishments, but as far as NBA goes no.
Tay no.
has any other team been able to have the success that they did without a surefire HOFer or two on the roster? does anybody disagree that none of them belong in The Hall?

Chauncey and Ben Wallace both deserve it imo. Gotta reward guys who impact the game defensively, and Ben did. 4 DPOY awards to show for it. Chauncey's impact went way beyond his stats, and we saw that when we traded him away. NBA champ and Finals MVP, I think he makes it. Not a 1st ballot HoFer, but I think he'll get in eventually.
Sheed could have been better than KG and Duncan(100% serious)if he was a bit more selfish of a player and didn't let his attitude problems affect him early on in his career. Dude could do it all. Post up, shoot out to three point range, and when he decided to play defense, we always knew the guy he was guarding wasn't going to score on him. Not HoF worthy though...still one of my favorite players regardless.
Rip/Tay simply don't have the peak, resume or longevity.

Nothing to add. Perfect. I think CB and Big Ben will both get it.

I agree, if Sheed wasnt lazy he would have been Goat PF but he was a career underachiever.
Ben has a case, but I dont think he was great for long enough. he only had about a 5 year run where he was on top and he had a lot of mediocre years before and after even though he was still in his prime in Chicago. I think thats going to work against him especially with no college success to fall back on.
If Chauncey hadnt lost the last couple of years to injury I think hed have a good shot, but as it sits I dont think he has enough to get in.

I think Ben and Chauncey will get in as 2nd-3rd ballot types.
Tayshaun is all but guaranteed to get in as a member of the Redeem Team, though probably won't be inducted until 20 yrs from now.
I'm 50-50 on Rip getting in. Like you said because of his whole resume with the college success. One of only a few players ever to lead an NCAA and NBA to chamipionships. By lead I mean he was the leading scorer on both teams. Thats going to count for something.
Rasheed had the talent to get in, but I don't think he will have done enough in the minds of the voters. Plus he's probably not liked by a lot of them. But maybe he gets in just because he was such a unique player and sometimes they like to honor those guys. I doubt it though.
To answer your last question, its hard to think of many teams that won it all without at least 1 HOFer, but I think this team will have at least 2-3 (Ben, Chauncey, Tay) in when its all said and done.
