Det and Chi
Stuckey, Singler, Jerebko, Kravstov, 2nd's for Luol Deng
Det: the best player
Chi: they have a lot of expirings and fill the roster. get versatility. 2nd's help salary now and in future.

Det and Orl
English and Middleton for Afflalo
Det: the best player
Orl: fills an extra roster spot while saving $6 million, continutes tanking hard, maybe they get 2nd's too

Det and Was
Villanueva and cash for Okafor
Det: the better player
Was: saves $6 million on the players, $3 million check. buys out CV. Wall/future not too affected.

Detroit
Knight
Afflalo
Deng
Moose
Drummond
bench: Okafor, lotto pick and cheap contracts. Hopefully Chauncey, Big Ben, other notables.
darn good team...safer offense than the Iggy/Smoove scenarios imo.

I'm a Deng AND AA fan so won't comment on those deals due to bias

As for Okafor we could absorb his contract without giving anything away this off-season if the Wiz want to dump him

I would love all those trades if they went down. Unfortunately they are extremely one sided.

Chicago is in a win now mentality and they receive literally nothing for Deng...

The Magic are in a rebuild mode with a ton of capspace already. They want to keep Afflalo so that they have something that resembles a team and not last year's Bobcats, not to mention the fact that they aren't getting any value for him in this trade. They just don't need any more cap room.

Okafor is just better than Villenueva and I don't think the Wizards are dying for cap room.

I would do all these deals...I don't think Chicago would do it though...

i can't see Chicago coming close to taking that deal. Deng is a crucial part to that team and fits in there like a glove. Nothing about that deal would be enticing to the bulls.

Afflalo was one of the key pieces from the howard trade, why would they trade him for 2 unproven 2nd rounders when they don't have the need financially? He's young and on a reasonable deal.

Washington will be looking at playoffs next season and okafor does a lot more to help them get there than CV.
I can't see it.

apologies for the negativity, but i just can't see why any of the other teams would touch those deals.

How about:

Det and Okc
Stuckey, Singler, Jerebko, Kravstov, 2nd's for Kevin Durant
Det: the best player, young, will fit well with the young core
Chi: they fill the roster. get versatility. 2nd's help salary now and in future.

Doubt Chicago does their trade. But, they possibly would.

Orlando fans would be all over that trade, but Management traded Dwight for Afflalo, so they may hold out for more or a 1st round draft pick.

Really like the Okafor trade being he would be a massive improvement over Max.

But, if they all went thru, then this team would be a solid playoff team with a chance at the top 4 seeds.
