This is probably 20 days late but I haven't seen a thread about this.

Summer League instantly become more competitive.

Could be a lot of fun to watch -- too bad we're still in the Orlando Summer League.

I know that was Frank's preferred city, but I wonder if we can change to Vegas now that Frank's gone.

Yeah hopefully that happens. AFAIK the Orlando SL is much smaller, why not just have everyone play at Vegas?

If Pistons come to Vegas I will go to the games.

I'm too lazy to find it but there's a few articles on pistonpowered.com that explained that orlando is a cheaper option because it runs shorter than vegas i believe.
even without frank, the travel plans may have already been put in place making it too late to change.

yeah I read that, but I thought it was because Frank was cheap and didn't want to spend extra going to vegas.

iirc some teams played in both last year, so even if we are already committed to ORL, I wonder if we can add LV too.

If we hire a 1st time coach like Shaw, he may want to use that opporunity to get as much exp as possible coaching the guys.

I think they'd rather give the new coach more time with the whole team as opposed to just the summer league team.
Summer league is fun because we're all starved for basketball by that stage, but in reality summer league means nothing.
