Tank Idea FakeGM Off-Season

Not wanting to tank, but this would be a ONE-YEAR TANK only.
1. Detroit/Houston: English, Middleton, Kravstov for Delfino's expiring
Delfino is solid.
Might need a 3rd team in the trade, but Houston is likely to condense their roster and Royce White probably gets dishonorably discharged from the team.
2. The Tanking Part
Det out: Monroe, Singler, 38th, 56th
Det in: Nerlens Noel, 1st rounder from Charlotte returned
Cle out: 1st, 19th, 31st, 33rd
Cle in: Monroe, 56th
Cha out: Detroit's 1st returned
Cha in: Singler, 19th, 31st, 33rd, 38th
Cleveland claims to want to start winning. Obviously Monroe is ready to help that while Noel is injured and barely legal. Cleveland is lying in my opinion, but just in case....
Charlotte knows that Detroit would not tank apart from this trade and sees great value in returning that pick now over being left with a single mid-1st next season.
Detroit gets 4 years of Noel for cheap and gets their future 1st back. Both alleviate worries while they build around Drummond.
3. Detroit and Utah: Knight, 8th, future 2nd's for 14th, 21st, 1st of 2015, 1st of 2017
Utah gets a point guard and more.
Detroit gets future 1st's and goes for 2 role players in this draft over the possible overspend at 8th.
4. Detroit and Golden State: Jerebko for Jefferson (exp), Biedrins (exp), 1st of 2014, 1st of 2016
GS saves much, much money. Over $15 million in one season. And it's a trade exception. If Rush/Landry walk away that trade exception could really help replace them with...something better.
Roster:
Drummond (3 years of rook deal)
Noel, 14th and 21st (4 years of rook deal)
Stuckey, Delfino, Jefferson, Villanueva, Biedrins. ($40 million in expirings)
So we have 9 players. 4 youngings at $10 million. 5 janks who expire at $40 million
We have our 1st back in the 2014 draft. Easily top-half of the lotto.
We have an additional 1st in the next 4 drafts.
We lost future 2nd's. Oh well. Might not need to include those to Utah anyways.
Need to sign 4-6 guys this off-season to one-year minimum deals. Oh well.
Buying out our 5 expiring vets and replacing them with little leaguers could save Gores $ too.
Anywho....that's what tanking would have to be if we tanked. It would have to return us the Charlotte pick and be otherwise extreme. IMO.
