Thought it might be worth having a thread on who is working out where and getting some results. Looks like Minnesota is having a big day for SGs today. Very curious how Ledo, Hardaway, Crabbe and KCP compare.

Mouphtaou Yarou Minnesota C 6-9 Senior Villanova
Ricky Ledo Minnesota G 6-6 Freshman Providence
Tim Hardaway Jr Minnesota G 6-6 Junior Michigan
Gregory Echenique Minnesota C 6-8 Senior Creighton
Allen Crabbe Minnesota G 6-6 Junior California
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope Minnesota G 6-5 Sophomore Georgia

I totally wish Shamu was there - we could answer a lot of questions floating around on our board.

That's where I got the Minnesota list. All the other workouts that are currently listed are for 2nd rounders. Portland was suppose to be having a workout today, but no info on who they are having.

A second pick in the late lottery could help us get a 2nd shooter.

We had a bunch of guys we might look at in the 2nd round in today.

http://www.freep.com/article/20130531/S ... g-anderson

Dunkin’ Doug Anderson got his first NBA workout Thursday morning, and it happened to be with the Detroit Pistons.

The 6-foot-6 Detroit Mercy small forward and Kalamazoo native is trying to catch the attention of teams with the athleticism and leaping ability that made him an ESPN sensation.

Anderson went against the likes of Solomon Hill of Arizona, Brandon Paul of Illinois, D.J. Stephens of Memphis, Loren Clyburn of Iowa State and Carick Felix of Arizona State at the Pistons workout.

David Mayo over at MLive answered a question regarding pre-draft workouts. Basically stating, that the teams generally keep mum on which lottery picks they bring in, but are more open about the second round type guys.

But, some of that stuff gets leaked by the players, agents, etc.

Looks like we're doing our due diligence on 2nd round prospects....no sign of 1st round guys anywhere. :-?

Usually they don't work out 1st round pick until the week before, or week of the draft. At least it seems that way.
