4. Victor Oladipo - Good defender. Inconsistent spot up shooter. Average Starter. (Taller Avery Bradley)
5. Anthony Bennett - 3rd big with potential to be a starter at the 4. Low motor. (More skilled Landry)

1. Ben McLemore- the most talented SG on the board. May lack a drive to win.
2. Victor Oladipo- the safest pick. You know you're getting great defense, effort, and athleticism.
3. Shabazz Muhammad- the biggest boom/bust pick. Killer instinct, and unquestionable drive to succeed.
4. Otto Porter- Another safe pick. He's probably an above average role player in the NBA.
5. Cody Zeller- Best PF/C player in the draft, IMO. Could be a fantastic back-up for Dre/Moose.
6. Trey Burke- Not a huge fan, but he's still in my top 10 board.
7. CJ McCollum- Going to be a gunner. Looks like Randy Foye 2.0, the Curry comparisons are a reach.
8. Nerlens Noel- Too many personality questions coming up, compounded by a serious knee injury.
9. Kentavious Pope- Great size for a 2-guard. Could be a very good 3/D player. Not a high ceiling.
10. Anthony Bennett- Seems injury prone, doesn't play defense, and is a tweener. But, he's still a top 10 prospect in this draft.

-Michael Carter-Williams; Just doesn't project to be more than an experiment to me.

1. Ben McLemore - best shooter of the Draft, best wing of it too, good athlete, average-to-good defender, the best fit for us in this Draft
2. Shabazz Muhammad - we need a scorer, someone who has his competitiveness, plus he's potential to become a star, a great shooter and a good defender
3. Victor Oladipo - best wing defender, good shooter, and we need defense and shooting
4. Giannis Adetokunbo - I want this guy on our team, he can do everything and he could do it well, great potential, could be a star
5. Otto Porter - Tay 2.0, more scorer, less defender, but an all around player could also be good for us
6. Cody Zeller - as a back-up big, he would be awesome for us, great fit alongside our twin towers
7. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope - poor man's McLemore, I'd took him for the same reasons
8. Ricky Ledo - Great potential,
9. Tim Hardaway Jr. - local product, good shooter, good athlete, potential
10. Allen Crabbe - good shooter, good scorer, good athlete

3.Zeller- didnt look great in college, but was probably playing out of postion at center. has the physical tools to play PF, if he really does have a J I could see him being a David Lee or Ryan Anderson type guy.
4.McLemore- plenty of talent, but questionable heart.
5.Bennett- probably the most talented player in the draft, but health issues (shoulder/asthma) and a possible lack of motor push him down a little bit.
6.Adams- pretty raw offensively, but has the length, insticts and mobility/athletic ability to be a legit defensive anchor and those guys are tough to come by.

1. McLemore- The best talent in this draft. Same way I felt about Drummond last year, if he slides to 5 then we NEED to trade up. He has an NBA skill set, super athletic, defense, shooting ability, and passing instincts.
2.Oladipo- Improved shot mixed with his high motor, defense, rebounding makes him #2 on my board. He is strong, physical, long, and an explosive athlete.
3. Anthony Bennett I have him ahead of Porter and that is no mistake. The kid is extremely long, 7'1 wing span, powerful, and an explosive finisher. Offensively, he scores both inside and outside with three point range and can attack off the dribble with both hands. Very good offensive rebounder. Probably a better fit next to Drummond than Monroe but I would like to have all three.
4. Otto Porter Jr. Improved shooting, high basketball IQ, high motor, and size and length will lead to him be a very solid basketball player but I dont see future All Star in his future. Just a very solid player. No shame in that.
5.CJ Mccollum He is a flat out scorer. He can shoot it with range, off the dribble, coming off of screens, great in transition, excellent in iso's, and a great ball handler. He has such a high basketball IQ and just an all around feel for the game. Solid court vision and can find the open man, sees mismatches. Good rebounder for his size. Disrupts passing lanes, great timing. Does not shy away from the moment, has won big games, high character, hard working player. Would like to see him improve on his on the ball D.
6. Alex Len[b] Has defensive and offensive potential. Has length and size, athletic, very good finisher, excellent rebounding potential.
7.[b]Shabazz Muhammad As a SG he has excellent measurements. Strong, can punish small defenders in post, can get out and run the floor. Aggressive offensive player who can shoot the 3, get to the line, post up smaller players, can score off the catch or coming off screens, and moves without the ball. Good offensive rebounder. Competitor and is driven.
8. KCP A less athletic version of McLemore. Intrigued by his scoring ability, rebounding, and defensive potential
9. Cody Zeller Athletic big, can score in a variety of ways (face up or back to the basket), has a lot of potential in the P N' R. High basketball IQ, understands defensive rotations, plays hard.
10. I guess you can throw Noel in here, a lot higher than 10, but I see 0% chance he falls to us.
Want no Part of:
Trey Burke- Small, will be a defensive liabilty nightly since he will be the smallest player on the court, doesnt fit with Knight. Not athletic. Struggles to finish in the paint over LENGTH! Takes a lot of 3's early in clock, would like to see him penetrate and kick but he doesnt take advantage of his speed. SUCKS on D.
MCW- Poor decision making, a lot of turnovers, horrible shot selection, forces passes, CANT shoot from the perimeter, poor finisher, not strong enough so he settles for floaters.

Trade up to number 5 for McLemore.

Big Board:
1. Victor Oladipo: Easily the best prospect in a draft full of more question marks than Edward Nygma's house. A player who has some of the best shot selection in the Draft will do well to make the few shots he takes until he develops his game a bit more, while being a defensive stopper. In a draft with no shot creators, his downside seems almost trivial to mention.
2. Anthony Bennett: If Bennett gave the same intensity on offense he did on defense, or at least MORE consistently, he'd be challenging Dipo for one. Unfortunately he doesn't have that. I have none of the same concerns that others do about his "tweener" label. He has a deceptive "quickness" for his size that is almost Lebron like given his stature. From 3s, to face ups, he's a prospect I truly believe can play SF if it is decided before he wears his hat on draft night that he will be a SF. He'd need to get a bit leaner, and give 110% on the defensive end. Can he do it? We shall see. I believe in it enough for him to top my board at 2.
3. Otto Porter: Lowest ceiling, highest floor. A safe pick in a draft full of question marks. From here on out it is simply "how much does each good weigh for you compared to the bad?"
4. Shabazz Muhammad. Talked to death. I believe in his ability to score points and play hard on defense. That's more than I expect out of a lot of people in this draft. Seeing some video of him making obvious passes and all that is/was important for me. One of few players to get his own shot. (Shown flashes of being able to at the next level. Not immediate. Not guaranteed.)
5. Trey Burke: You don't draft players based on "fringe starters" on your team. I don't like his ability to play defense and the Jameer Nelson comparison makes me want to cry. I cringed at it and decided I NEVER wanted Burke after I saw it somewhere. Still, his leadership and floor general nature (even though he isn't a pass first guard. I don't think that's necessary so long as they set up an offense competently) is something we've needed and lacked for years.
6. Ben Mclemore: Good transition player and spot up shooter. As mentioned, there are no "get a shot" guys in the draft really, other than the one person that preceded him. My biggest issues with him come from interviews. The kid just sounds stupid. If someone is going to be stupid, they'd better be exquisite in some portion of their game for me to overlook it, and he doesn't have that.
7. Alex Len - Highest potential big. I see a ton of Valanciunas in this kid. The only question I'd have is if he likes to bang as much as Val does? He's good at a lot of things and big men come with a premium. Great trade bait if nothing else, and the potential to move Monroe to the highest bidder when his rookie deal is up. (Had this kid higher and kept moving him down. Still really like him despite his number.)
8. Giannis Adetokunbo - Really great prospect (in this draft) if only for the fact that he can be as good as anyone out there while also delaying our ability to be decent until one more year. If we can keep our pick one more year, perhaps we get a good SG in next years draft.
9. Cody Zeller - Watching him hit 3s (nba 3s) increased his stock in my eyes. Couple that with great standing athleticism and we have a guy with a good chance of becoming great.
10. Michael Carter-Williams - Not going to comment too much on him. I've defended him because people are so vehemently against him, not because I'm a big proponent of him. As far as his Assists in "tough games:" that's a very troublesome stat BUT assists also count on people making shots. I would like to see the numbers that show how many shots he got teammates, how many they missed, and how many of them were open/good shots vs bad shots.

Noel - I feel like his knees will be fine: Mostly because he weighs 210 wet.

2. Ben McLemore - Best two guard in the draft. Can hit the three with ease. Solid defensively
3. Alex Len - Love his post game. Isn't quite polish but the skill is there. Instantly becomes a top ten center in the league offensively.
4. Trey Burke - Reminds me of Kemba Walker but better play making skills. Undersized but can make a team better. Great passer
5. Victor Oladipo - I'm sure he is the best wing defender in the draft. Lacks high end offensive game. I think he's the next Tony Allen. Is he too undersized?
6. Shabazz Muhammed - He is the boom or bust of the draft no doubt. Question is he the next James Harden or Nick Young.Shane
7 CJ McCollum - Excellent shooting from the three point line. Remind me a bit of Damien Lillard. He is the most polish/established in this draft I feel.
8. Otto Porter - I'm not sure I am buying the hype. Looked terrible against Golf Coast in the tournament.
9. Cody Zeller - Solid big man who can step back from ten feet of the basket. Not sure he has a good enough athletic game or back to the basket player to be at the next level.
10. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope - Solid player on both ends of the court but not a starter on a championship team. Seems to be more of a sixth man type.
Want no Part of:
Anthony Bennett - Looks like Jason Maxiell part two. I can't see how he is athletic enough to play the 3.
Michael Carter-Williams - Bad TO/A Ratio and lacks scoring presence. Doesn't play motivated. Extremely raw. Bad fit next to Knight.

1. Ben Mclemore- (93.5) NBA athlete with a perfect NBA body . I'm not worried about his character and think it is being blown out of proportion. Starting SG day 1.
2. Victor Olidipo- (93) Highest floor/Lowest cieling of what I believe are the three top prospects. Great motor, scores in transition and finishes well around the rim. If I had confidence that he could be a consistent 3 point shooter he would be my top rated prospect.
3. Nerlens Noel- (93) Young elite shotblocker, plays passing lanes, unbelievable motor, great athlete and is not scared to protect the rim despite his twig body (which will mature). Sure fire #1 pick for me without the injury. I would still take him if I was Cleveland.
4. Trey Burke- (90.5) Pure PG that can score. He knows when it is time to get his teammates involved and when it is time to take over. Great feel in the pick and roll. Knows how to create space despite avg NBA athleticism.
5. Otto Porter- (90) Solid starter. Good size. Takes good shots, but I don't think he has the about to be a top 2-3 player on a championship level team.
6. Muhammad- (87) Has the potential to be the best player in the draft.Im a little worried about his about his ability to play team basketball because he can be a ball stopper. I love his jump shot and post game.
7. CJM- (85)combo scoring guard who shoots a high percentage. I think he's a safe pick that will at worst be a heady, smart, scoring 6th man.
8. Len- (85) Solid 7 footer with skills
9. Zeller- (83) Crafty and quick around the basket and will surprise people with how good his face up game can be.

4. Otto Porter: Do it all forward, Nic Batum/Tayshaun Prince Ceiling

1) Trey Burke - Athletically he's remarkably similar to Ty Lawson, both had similar college numbers. Good playmaker, great handles, great jumpshot. Just needs to improve finishing around the hoop.
2) CJ McCollum - To me it looks like he has all the tools to be a great PG, possibly the best in the draft. Only thing I think he's lacking in his playmaking ability (but I could be wrong about that).
3) Victor Oladipo - Potential to be best SG in the draft. Plays great defense, can knock down open jumpers. If he improves his jumper he'll be a valuable starter.
4) Ben McLemore - Currently the best SG in the draft, lots of potential. Not sure about his desire to improve though.
5) Shabazz Muhammad - I question his defensive and passing/playmaking abilities, but he can score and wants to be great.
6) Cody Zeller - Solid offense, good rebounding, and can play both 4/5. Would fit well with both Monroe & Drummond, perfect 3rd big off bench.
7) Kentavious Caldwell-Pope - Athletic 3 & D SG. Doesn't get to the lane much, but very solid jumper and defense.
8) Allen Crabbe - Rip Hamilton 2.0 with MUCH better 3 point range. Long and athletic, solid potential.
9) Michael Carter-Williams - I have concerns about his shooting and turnovers, but he's good at finding the open man, and his elite athleticism should help him finish at the rim.
10) Otto Porter - Very solid two way player, but I have serious concerns about his lateral quickness. Don't think he can stay with SFs in the NBA. If he had better lateral quickness, he'd be much higher.

Burke - Just don't think you're winning a Championship if he's one of your 3 or 4 best players. If he's not one of your 3 or 4 best players, then he's not much of an upgrade over Knight. Burke and Knight cannot start together on a good team.
Will accept almost any other player currently ranked in the top 8 over those two.

I haven't even looked at a lot of guys, including big names like Len and Adams, so not a true big board.
Just a list of guys and where I'd be comfortable drafting them.
1. Porter (1-8) - John Thompson III said he's the best player in the draft. That's good enough for me
2. Burke (1-8) - My favorite PG prospect in the draft. First time i saw him play I thought he was going to be a star.
3. Noel (1-8) - When he was healthy, he was the most dominant player in college.
4. Oladipo (1-8) - Athletic, loves playing D. Super hard worker. Always improving. What's not to like.
5. Zeller (8-13) - Super skilled and athletic. Great character. Safe pick with low risk of being a bust.
6. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (8-13)
7. Bennett (8) - The talent is clearly there, but he seems focused on playing away from the basket. My gut tells me to stay away.
8. Mclemore (8) - His shooting should stop him from being a complete bust, but I have serious doubts that he will live up to the pre-draft hype.
9. Shabazz (8 - 13) - Ideal size at SG and solid shooter, but something just doesn't feel right. Based on need/talent I don't mind us drafting him at #8, but I think there is high bust potential.
10. C.J. McCollum (8 - 13) - Hate picking a combo guard, but it looks like he's a legit scorer.
Late Round Sleepers: Jamaal Franklin, Dieng, Muscala
Want no Part of:
I haven't red flagged anybody, but I think Bennett, Mclemore, and Shabazz have the highest bust factor. If my top 4 are off the board, I am working the phones to try and and get a package I like for one of these 3 guys.
Dream Scenario:
Porter or Burke at #8. Use our two 2nd rounders to trade into late first and grab Franklin. Franklin is my pick for steal of the draft.
