Now that we are nearly 24 hours away from the draft I would like to see where this board is currently at ,since it varies every couple of days.Ive also enabled re-voting to see how opinions change leading up to tomorrow night

Burke is the best player on that list and he happens to be the best fit. Pistons need a play maker next to Knight and I feel that guy (based of that list) is Burke.

While I agree he would be great on this team, but next to knight it would be to small of a back court,I am one of the few that would rather have burke at pg than knight and would be willing to trade or have him as a backup off the bench and go for someone like gordon, eveans, mayo .

Burke. If he's not there, take CJ.

I think it would be HUGE to pick up another pick and knab Shabazz who appears to be falling a lot as well.

Burke is my #1 choice, and McCollum is a close 2nd. I want us to draft a PG, and I think Burke would fit best as he's very good in P&R and could work very effectively with Drummond. If he's not there then I'd like to grab McCollum, who I think has the potential to be the best PG in this draft. He's got great handles, can create his own shot, he's athletic, the list goes on. The only thing I'd be concerned about would be his assist numbers, but even there I think he'd be fine.

Zeller, KCP would be my second choice.

Hell no to Burke.

Give me Shabazz, CJM, or KCP instead.

I think we are signing a big name wing anyways. I feel Knight is better suited as a 6th man role anyways. Probably makes more sense to me in all honesty.

Six of the top picks are set IMO

1 PG = either Burke, McCollum, or MCW (floor for at least 1 of them is Sacto)
1 SG = Oladipo (seems to be highest-rated SG)
1 SF = Porter (consensus best SF)
1 PF = Bennett (Wash and Char both like him)
1 PF/C = Noel (likely top-4 lock)
1 C = Len (likely top-4 lock)

That's 6 players locked into the top 7 picks IMO.

So we basically just need 1 more guy to be picked for McLemore to fall to us. Between the 2 (two) leftover PGs and Zeller, we might have a good shot at getting McLemore tomorrow night.

That would be ideal.

McCollum or Shabazz, lets get better & put the right guys around our future aka the two 7 footers so they can succeed.

I voted CJM. I was on the Bazz bandwagon but it looks like he has dropped way out of our range.

My first choice would be burke but another guy I wouldn't mind getting is kentavious caldwell-pope, I was watching some videos of him and he seems to be a good fit for us. A good scorer who is pretty athletic and plays pretty good defence as well. He is really good at coming off screens so he could be a more athletic rip hamilton with more range. I like cj mcollum but he only averaged 3 assists a game, do the pistons really need another pg who cant pass even if hes a really good scorer, I might take mcw over him just for his passing skills.

People who want Burke are idiots. -- Just because others have a different view than you does not call for this type of comment/generalization ~ roc

He was a great college player but his lack of quickness and size will severely limit him in the NBA

Burke is not nearly as slow as ppl pretend. He's got average NBA PG quickness, he's not a world beater but he's certainly not unathletic.

He does not have average NBA point guard quickness.

Pope reminds me of Kerry Kittles. A more athletic RIp with more range is basically Reggie MIller, which is a pretty lofty comparrison.

This. Burkes combine numbers are remarkably similar to Ty Lawson. Apart from Lane Agility, where Lawson edges him out by a tiny bit, they're numbers are basically the same. I used to buy the whole "Trey Burke is slow" thing, but I don't believe that anymore. I just think it's the pace he plays at sometimes, because I've seen him look really slow coming out of the P&R, and I've also seen him blow by people. I don't think he's got a ton of quickness or anything, I just don't think he's below average, like everyone is claiming.
