Langolis confirmed: Drummond, Mitchell, Middleton, English, KCP, and Siva. I would not expect Drummond NOT to be there.

I wonder if Kravtsov will go there.

I know Knight was confirmed not to be in the summer league, as Arnie Kander has told him to rest this offseason and allow his planter fasciitis to heal.

That will be a fun summer league team. I'm sure they'll pick up a few more players along the way as well.

i hope both dre and slava are playing.

I can't envision Singler there. That lineup is pretty stacked however. And Dre is playing ^

Keith Langlois confirmed everyone on that list, except Singler.

Singler doesn't need to be there - he played too many minutes for us last season, and was a four year player at Duke, a year of Euroball and then played big minutes for us last season . We can get a better look at Middleton and Mitchell at SF if Kyle isn't there.

We'll need to bring in a couple more bigs with Mitchell being a 3/4 type, and another point guard.

Also any word on who is coaching it? Could Mo Cheeks coach it to get to know some of the players ASAP? If not I assume it will be Loyer as he was with us last couple of seasons on Franks staff and is being kept around.

Rumor is that Sheed is coaching the SL team.

Summer League roster not final yet. Won't be anyone with legit shot to make roster. But at least 2 recognizable names likely to be there.

He later clarified this to mean recognizable names outside of our rookies/soph's. I have to imagine he means former Piston picks or players like Macklin might agree to play for us to try and showcase himself to earn a contract elsewhere.

MSU's C Nix
SF Will Clyburn (went to Iowa St, but is originally from the area)
PG Korie Lucious (went to MSU before transferring to Iowa St)
