Offer one year max contracts with team options on year 2 to Bynum & Monta Ellis
Best case: Bynum & Ellis and our youth lead us to the playoffs
Also good case: the record is bad but we can flip Bynum and Ellis for assets at the deadline
Bad case: Bynum is out all year, Monta plays hero ball, we finish with a bad enough record to keep our pick and reset the FA window next year.

I don't know why Bynum isn't getting more buzz he is just as good as Howard when he's healthy, you never know, maybe he nevers gets injured again

He's not getting buzz because of his injury history and attitude. He'll definitely be injured again next season. No one's investing big money in a player they can't count on to be healthy or care.

Well we wouldn't be tanking if Bynum and Ellis play because they would automatically improve the team in some way. They only this would be considered tanking is if Bynum is out with injury and Ellis plays terrible, which poses the question of why sign Bynum in the first place, if he is injured again, I doubt we are getting good assets for him in a deal
