4. amnesty C.Villanueva
5. sign J.Teague
6. sign C.Billups, T.McGrady and B.Wallace to vet mins (unretire if necessary, who can keep track?)

Billups would be the perfect short term vet to lead this team and get us off on the right track to winning. I say sign him and give him the starting job, then continue to work the Rondo trade through the season. If it goes through, we can either move Chauncey to SG or make him 6th man. If not we just roll with Chauncey for a year or two until we find a longterm solution. Who knows maybe Knight will have develope into a PG by then.
