Brandon Jennings got snuffed by The Game

Via HipHollywoodHipHollywood was inside Lure’s über popular day party “Toxic” this weekend where a fight went down between NBA star Brandon Jennings and The Game. Moments after we left the venue, multiple sources tell HH that the two men got into an argument over who could use the deejay’s microphone.
Jennings was at Lure hosting his birthday party with friends, which didn’t sit well with the Compton rapper who frequents the club. “Game feels like Toxic is his, and he didn’t like that Jennings was hogging the microphone. He felt like he was being disrespected,” one person who witnessed the altercation tells us. “Game tried to have words with him, and it just escalated quickly and Game hit Brandon in the mouth,” another source says.
Security quickly broke up the fight, and surprisingly allowed both men and their entourages to stick around. But, the party was ultimately shut down because fighting broke out again between both parties.

Yeah I hope he didn't hurt his hand. I'm just wish his life would resemble his game. Pass first when confronted.

Man I really hope he grows up soon... Just can't see a fake thug leading a group of men to victory in the NBA.
Makes the Chauncey move that much more commendable.

Lot of hate for Jennings so far, don't see why though reading the story.
He was out for his birthday, probably drunk, having a good time with his friends
Game wants the mic cause he has a sense of entitlement and en ego
Jennings rightly tells him to F off (it's his birthday, he can cry if he wants to)
Game decks him
If anything I'm happy he kept his head on straight, didn't get into a fight and or hurt. Don't see any examples of fake thuggery in this account, just one dude telling a "thug" to shove off, and getting punched for it,
Jennings has more to lose, happy he kept his cool

I would like to see less stuff like this creeping into the news. Focus on a successful season (team & individual), stay out of beefs (especially with dudes who crave them). It is time to grow up. The NBA landscape is strewn with guys who never grew up.
The next altercation like the one with Game could result in shots being fired.
I hope this doesn't result in a lingering beef.

I'm one of the last people who would defend Jennings behavior but I'm on his side for this one. It sounds like he was the victim because Game couldn't control his ego and ended up throwing a hissy fit. Unfortunately, people will see the headline and rip Jennings because they have already made some unfounded assumption about what happened.

ugh this dumbass just needs to focus on basketball. atleast knight was a genuine good kid, this **** cant keep his mouth shut

I don't think he's necessarily in the wrong, but i think he needs to use his head and pick his battles.
If the game is acting like a stupid, let the baby have his bottle.
Jennings needs to be able to walk away from this kind of immature crap.

Jennings has 2 choices
1. Take up boxing learn how to fight and then not lose
2. Learn to walk away.
Both require discipline sacrifice and hard work. I see none of the above from Jennings.
What I want to hear about is Jennings getting into a fight at 3am at the YMCA because he was running drills when a bunch of punks wanted to run full court.
Nothing good happens after midnight unless your on the court or in the bedroom.

The Game had one very good album, his first while everything he has spat on since then has been crap. I have yet to hear one good song he has put out since then. Anyways, I side with Jennings on this one as it was his birthday and The Game should at least respect a fellow celebs birthday. Good job by BJ in keeping his cool.

I agree with choosing his battles more wisely but I have no problem him with standing up for himself. It was his birthday for crying out loud.

Not sure why Jennings is getting any bad pr from this. It was his show to host. Some entitled flash in the pan rapper thinks he owns a place because he's a frequent patron? I better let him go in front of me if we're ever at a subway at the same time. He might slap me with his rewards card.

While Drummond was winning this summer, Jennings is losing this summer, lol.
