We started the season with wins against under 500 teams, and losses to very good teams. From Dec 18 to Jan 24th, we have 16 games, only three of which are against teams over 500, Memphis, Houston and Clippers - all of which are winnable games. This is where we are going to see whether our team is ready to cement itself as the 3rd or 4th best team in the east, and develop really solid chemistry, or whether they are going to mess around and lose to teams that have no business beating them. realistically, we should go 12-4 during this stretch. One loss that we shouldn't have, and a win against the likes of Houston.

I don't think 12-4 is realistic. Idealistic maybe. You're making the assumption that the Pistons are going to automatically thump any sub-.500 team.

I think 8-6 is more realistic, and optimistic prediction. Of course, that may be enough to be the 4th best team in the east, as the EC is absolutely horrendous after Miami, Indiana and Chicago.

I'm guessing he hasn't seen much of the NBA this year, as all of his posts seem outdated lol

there's definitely some games to lose... the three games against the wizards during that stretch are going to be huge for playoff seeding.

Lol apparently. Speaking of which, we get to pay Chicago back Friday while going for a chance at climbing back to .500.

I sense a payback game coming for Chicago. Now that we got over the hump vs Miami this team should have the confidence to go into Chicago and duplicate it.
