CGC you will be missed, great poster, great times, i'm dealing with the samething on the T&T board, if our board mods can some how bring him back, we all know he was a great sound poster and we all make mistakes. Take care brotha

I don't believe for a heartbeat that's all you did.

This is a total disgrace. I've done worse and I have never even received a warning, let alone a permanent ban....If I was a moderator here I'd be embarrassed to be apart of a staff that fails to maintain a consistent precedent. Kind of a travesty, because the mods on this particular board have never been anything short of objective and fair.

If this really is the end for you, then It's been a fun ride. You were always a high quality poster and a true pistons fan. Things were just starting to look up too. You will definitely be missed.

We should start some sort of movement like the one's that were mentioned in the OP.

He is one of the biggest and best posters on our board.

Hopefully the rest of us can learn from this and tread carefully on GB.

You've been here through all the bad times and now you might miss on the good ones, as Detroit basketball looks to be back on track.

I bet I can guess who the ban was from.

One of the issues that goes along with simply creating a new account is that the familiarity and track record that you built up is gone. If you tell others your previous username, then you'll just end up banned again for evading a ban. Staff members can see IPs as well, so there's that...

In any case...I went ahead and PMed an admin about this. I might be overstepping my bounds by doing that, but I don't really care. CGC is not the first quality poster from here to get banned, and he wont be the last if this type of trend continues. Literally every other post in that thread has some sort of mod comment for "derailing".
