Simple trade that moves Smith, ensure tank, & lands all-star

Detroit Trades Josh Smith + Greg Monroe
Brooklyn Trades Brook Lopez + Mason Plumlee
Why for Brooklyn? They are 100% in win now mode with Pierce and KG... but Lopez is out for the season. Right now they have no one averaging more than 6 RPG (KG)... They also have an owner with huge pockets that can swallow Smith's contract and still give Monroe a big extension. This trade could push them into legit title contenders if Smith works out at PF there.
C:Monroe/Blactche
PF:KG/Smith
SF:Pierce/Kirilenko
SG:Joe Johnson/Anderson
PG: Deron WIlliams/ Teague or Terry
Why for Detroit? Giving up Monroe is hard to do but Lopez is an all-star caliber player who is still just 25 years old. He's been a consistent 20 PPG scorer the last 4 seasons, but has lacked in rebounding (which is where Drummond excels). Perhaps just as important is for Detroit to get out of limbo between 9th -10th worst and losing their lottery pick... This trade should solidify them in the bottom 8 in the NBA... and would allow Drummond to get many more touches down low to try and to develop his post game... Also more touches for everyone else on our roster so we can see who we can develop. This could lead into a move to try and trade Stuckey for an asset as well which could even further our tank effort.
