Ok, disappointed for sure about the trade deadline. But what is done is done.

After seeing the Glen Davis buyout, I was wondering if we might buyout Stuckey or CV? CV just to get him out of here, but Stuckey is taking pt from KCP, and probably not helping us tank.

Depends on if we're truly tanking or not. Because we can all speculate, but i still have my doubts that we actually are. if we're tanking, then I'm all for buying out Stuckey (let him go to a playoff team), and Villanueva. Then we can give time to Datome, Siva and Mitchell and see what they've got.

Nope. I mean unless can we go back in time and amnesty CV instead of having to trade Gordon and this years first rounder?

All that money Gores invested in sprucing up the Palace could have went to amnesty Gordon and we'd have been in the exact same spot as we are now, except we'd have our first rounder this year.

This organization from the owner on down is a friggin' disaster.

Zero chance anyone gets bought out. Absolutely zero.

A fair CV buyout would be him giving us about $25 million back.....

Well CV hasn't played pretty much at all this year, and was probably hoping to be traded. I can't blame the guy really - he needs PT to earn his next contract as well. I could see him ending up on the Miami bench. Why wouldn't the Pistons buy him out - save them a million bucks give or take.

That was a fake tweet about CV. It would be funny if he actually asked for that though, considering I doubt any contender would even be interested in him lol

buyout villanueva, give some oppurtunity to either our own young bigs or a guy we bring in. Let a team like the Clippers or Heat or whoever talk up what a great asset it is to have a guy like Charlie on their team.

So we didn't use the amnesty on Gordon because of WHY! OR Vilanueva?

Will the sixers buyout Granger?...... If so and I'm not doing any research here, but is it possible for us to buyout Charlie and sign Granger?

We should buyout Datome or Jerebko and sign Davis.

no, but if he wanted to sign cheap for a chance at heavy playing time to showcase himself for his next contract we could sign him. hed already be getting paid from the buyout, so it probably comes down to would he rather play a small role on a contender for a shot at a title or play big minutes on a mediocre team in hopes of landing a nice deal in the off-season.
