anthony davis and andre drummond...yikes. completely pointless to think about, i know, but the thought of those two playing together for the next decade is just plain horrifying.

If we drafted Henson we would be pissed because we passed on Drummond. I don't get how you think they would be playing together.

The Hornets had two lottery picks( # 1 Davis and #10 Rivers). Had we passed on Drummond, the Hornets would of had both Davis and Drummond. That would be scary.

The Pelicans were sold on Rivers, ties with Monty Williams, and will have picked him anyway.
So Drummond will be a Blazer in that situation, not bad either, Lillard-Matthews-Batum-Aldridge-Drummond

I distinctly remember a report that the then-hornets would've taken Andre at 10 if he was available.

I don't think George would be quite as far along as he is now had we drafted him given our player development. Indiana did a good job. Although Granger's injury did play a big role as well.
