Pistons draft pick.

Post#1 » by Shooter1 » Sat Apr 5, 2014 1:49 pm

Does anyone know if the Pistons get there draft pick if the finish with the 8 worst record or worse or is it when the lottery is drawn and what number they get in the draft?

I don't know if anyone said it. But I have either a great feeling about this draft or a really bad feeling

I always get that internal feeling, like we're "due" to get a top 3 pick. But a lottery simply doesn't function in that way.

I had that feeling once, but it turned out to be worms. You might want to get yourself checked.
Tom Gores' Securus faced a class action lawsuit in 2024. The company engaged in a "quid pro quo kickback scheme" with county jails in Michigan which banned in-person visits in order to maximize revenue from voice and video calls.

If we have to give one up, that level of protection is about perfect. If it's top eight I'd rather keep it. Anything below I'd rather give it up now and have it behind us.
Comments to rationalize bad contracts -
1) It's less than the MLE
2) He can be traded later
3) It's only __% of the cap
4) The cap is going up
5) It's only __ years
6) He's a good mentor/locker room guy
