we had a great future ahead of us just before the draft last year. I love KCP but Burke was a no brainer. Him and Knight would have been a nice backcourt rotation. Dumars really f*cked this team hard. As of now all we have is Drummond. Who knows how a new gm will view Monroe and KCP.

That's not fair. i think KCP is a good pick and he still has a lot of potential. His second year in college was completely different than the first and I think the same will happen now. Also, who knows, maybe Dumars doing was enough for us to win the lottery and get Wiggins. Suddenly, he made this team into a future contender with Wiggins and Drummond. Anything can happen. Oh and Smart is better than Burke, so that could happen too.

I'm not trying to defend Dumars. As you can see on my sig, I want him fired just as much as anybody else. But I don't believe we're as messed up as everyone thinks. We're literally one pick away from having the brightest future but also a pick away from Dumars taking us back a year. Regardless, I think this team can be fixed with one or two trades and some signings.

That wasn't me defending him. I was just correcting you, because regardless of how the season played out you can't say Jennings didn't have a lot of great highlights. Producing great highlights was about all this team was good for this year. At least give them that.

This dunk doesn't change the fact that Knight is a mediocre PG and always will be. Great 6th man off the bench though.

I think he could be a player of the Hill's level or even better, he's a perfect fit with a perimeter all star player who could handle the ball.
