I think that we have a draft thread.

Worst case, big seven are gone

Embiid
Wiggins
Parker
Randle
Exum
Smart
Vonleh

Best case - I can see any but the top three sliding to us. So take your pick.
Comments to rationalize bad contracts -
1) It's less than the MLE
2) He can be traded later
3) It's only __% of the cap
4) The cap is going up
5) It's only __ years
6) He's a good mentor/locker room guy

Direct player comparisons like this are not really a great way to gauge prospects, because they're always different. Also, people tend to compare guys to players they look, not play like- consider the comparisons between Vonleh and Bosh, or Gordon and Griffin. In any case, do you have someone in mind in particular? If not, you might as well hit up Draftexpress, they have very thorough writes ups and videos of a ton of players.

The Cavs get another #1 pick. :nonono:

Best case... we get the #1.

There are players I hope we don't pick up. I want a player who plays well defensively and has an NBA average on all shots. 45% FG - 36% 3pt. - 75% FT ... and averages 4 FT attempts per game. Yeah, give me that guy. :D
