Drive has tradition. Chairmen is the difference between me supporting a local basketball team's jersey sales, and me being envious that Ft. Wayne gets to be Mad Ants and we have to be "Chair Men". Got it, furniture making. But that would be such an embarrassing name. I read the other day that there is a town in the UP whose high school mascot is "the nimrods". I would prefer Nimrods over Chairmen.

Drive or HorsePower would be a better brand name

I can't believe they're actually serious with those.

I don't like any of them. What is with the trend of having names that don't end with an "S"?

Since when did many team names sound cool? If you think about 60% of pro sports, team names, they're terrible. Who wants to be a Piston? Or a Pelican?

That being said, Grand Rapids Drive would be my choice. Although the Blue Racers rolls off the tongue. GR Chairmen....all I can picture is a bunch of rich, old Dutch dudes sitting in huge wooden chairs hahaha
