Glad to see Jennings is working on his right hand. :lol:

He drops a huge game every summer in the Drew League. It means literally nothing. He isn't going up against NBA defenses or talent.

Looked pretty good as expected, I mean it's just Drew League.

I will agree that he does look a little bigger... But he needs to be a lot bigger

. Hopefully he's having one of his best offseasons for SVG (if he ends up being the guy for next year).

I hate brandon Jennings. His antics and immature attitude outweigh everything. He is my most hated player in nba history.

Yeah Jennings is noticeable bigger. Unfortunately added strength doesn't help with low ball IQ. I thought Jennings did a solid job last year facilitating, but sadly he still took way too many terrible shots.

Jennings clearly has talent, last season he took the lowest amount of FGA in his entire career, while putting up the most assists, he's shown flashes but has yet to put it together. I thought he was progressing nicely under Cheeks but seriously reverted after his firing.

I wouldn't hate if Jennings were back next season as long as Smith was gone just to see what SVG can do with him. Its clear that Jennings responded to Cheeks who isn't even half the coach SVG is. Retaining Jennings is certainly not ideal and I would rather get an upgrade but I don't think it would be the end of the world if we still had Jennings as PG next season.

The thing that bothers me is, this is basically a D-League game.

He still likely never used his right hand to finish. I don't even know what to say.

All of his layups were left-handed. Even when attacking from the right such as :43. It was nice to see him actually use his legs for a couple of jumpers, but he's a grade A+ street-baller nonetheless.

Man he's a crafty sob. I love the style of his game, plays with instincts. It's just too bad they're not professional basketball instincts. If he can make the right plays, he'll thrive as a player. If SVG can't do that for him, nobody can.

Yeah, Jennings actually did rack up assists and keep his TO numbers down if I remember right... If he took like half as many shots per game and Drummond/KCP took those attempts instead, our offense would be much better

. With all the praise SVG got for making Nelson work, who was a real shotjacker, can't believe everyone has kind of bailed on Jennings.

Let me say, if we could get a surefire upgrade that was an elite 2-way or at least 3&D PG, then I'd be happier. But we'll see.

Obviously, he had a hot outing in Drew League. Can't take too much from this. I'm hoping SVG can improve his approach to the game, but I'm not holding my breath. Jennings is a maddening player as he clearly has talent, but doesn't seem very coachable to date.
