It has been about 15 years since we last changed our main jerseys. The only other teams that have not changed anything are the lakers, heat, bulls, celtics, rockets mavs and blazers, but if I was supporting one of those teams I would not want any changes because of the history and success of those kits. Pistons are rebuilding and we need some new colours or a new template to make us more interesting and relevant. I honestly think our jerseys are the most boring in the league...thoughts?

I don't think we should overhaul our look, it has been consistent since prior to the bad boys era aside from the team.

We just need to re work our look. I'd be fine with us going back to the lettering of the jerseys in the 80's and 90's and using that ball logo again, with some touch ups.

ya the colours are classics so I wouldn't mess around with them...

I like our jerseys honestly. Nothing fancy or anything but I always thought ours was one of the nicer looking jerseys in the league. Of course, if they decided to make new jerseys, they better keep the Red, White and Blue.

Love our jerseys and colors, I hope we don't change them

it's still a little weird seeing the pistons play in those dark blue motor city jerseys

Talk about a contradiction...do the Pistons not have a history of success? You notice all of those teams INCLUDING Detroit( forgot Spurs, minus Blazers) are the only teams to win the NBA title the last 30 years?


I will say the jerseys need to go a little fitted. Hilarious looking at the 04 team in their baggy ass jerseys...

Can never go wrong w the Red alternate and the blue motor city jersey is going to be sleeved this season. Everything else is fine.


BTW What have the blazers done lately?

I am beyond bored of "red white and blue" colors.

I think the motor city blue, a mauve/dark red, and white or a grey/silver would be really nice change of pace without being too drastic.

We need other colors besides the typical red white and blue

Maybe something darker but avoid looking like the wizards

Want to see in some vintage cursive font, the word "DETROIT" right on front of the away jerseys and "PISTONS" on the home jersey

The font we have now is terrible

No one said that Mario. Teal was fugly. I just want something more Modern. The motor city jersey is a nice step in the right direction. Something like this

Only I would go with a more/deeper red and silver instead of white.

I already said this before, but the font for our jerseys as well as our logo is outdated. We need some fresh take on those two fonts.

They've done small updates to logos and things like that. I don't think the jerseys need an overhaul, I still like the red, white and blue color scheme- even though there are about 4 or 5 other teams using that same color scheme these days.

I mostly liked the Motown alternate jerseys last season. I just didn't care for the colors- which looked like a Hawks jersey. But, the logo was cool.

The Motor City jerseys are going to have sleeves this year . Other than that, no changes.

As to what I'd like to see, I agree with others that I wouldn't mind a return to the Bad Boys logo and font style, but leave the wishbone style jersey as is, I've always liked that. I could also do without the DP logo on the shorts, that is bland at best. Navy isn't really a Pistons color either so I wouldn't mind a reworking of the Motor City jersey. I also hope they bring back the the red alternate they used last decade at some point.

Edit: Oops, didn't see The_Irony already mentioned the Motor City jerseys were going to have sleeves this year. I hope Adidas loses the NBA contract when it's up in a year or two, I really dislike what they've done jersey/style wise with the NBA.

Just want something to make us relevant again. Pistons are probably the least relevant team by other teams ...
