Time to change it up

SVG needs to bench either Drummund or Monroe. It's throwing all our rotations all outta whack by starting the "big3".
One or the other needs to be our starting Center and Josh Smith needs to be the PF. Caron or Singler or JJ needs to be the SF. Jonas definitely needs to get on the court more.

The only person that needs to be benched is Josh Smith. Start Jerebko or Caron at the 3 and call it a day.

Martin can start for all I care. He was wearing players' warm up clothes last night. Smith needs to get benched at the end of the game. If anything that's what must happen. He needs to SIT DOWN!

Yes we do need to change it up, I suggest we start: Jennings/KCP/Butler/Monroe/Drummond, have Augustine/Singler/Smith/Jerebko round out the rotation off the bench

The fact that SVG keeps using Miami as an example of a team that started off struggling but then finally clicked as they bought in/got adjusted to his system makes me think that SVG doesn't have any changes in store for us.

Maybe after we lose a good amount of games SVG will get fed up and trade Smith

I'd usually go right to "bench Smith!", but Drummond's ridiculous foul rate would probably benefit him to come off the bench at this point.

He uses that as an example that the team eventually learned to play in his system and flourished.

Having said that, that Heat team had a rookie Wade (who is a lock for the hall of fame), one of Lamar Odom's best seasons, a young Caron Butler before his knees were shot and Eddie Jones who averaged 18.5 PPG. That was a very talented team that was balanced. This Pistons team doesn't resemble that squad in at all.

More Jerebko and drummond or smith of the bench. Start games of w/ Caron as a starter then quiclky sub him out for drummond.
