Could this be the best team in the East?

Post#1 » by Maker_84 » Wed Jan 7, 2015 5:11 am

1. We already have the best and most proven coach in the East
2. For as much criticism i gave Drummond early in the season he's becoming the best center in the NBA
3. A duo of playmaking point guards in Jennings and Augustin that get the ball to our shooters well

Also the Spurs don't lose at home too often to Eastern teams and when they do those teams are really good

LOL Let's just enjoy this streak...ATL, CHI, TOR are all clearly better teams that have actual playoff experience..baby steps!

Damn, I was really hoping that everyone would respond with 1 word and have that one word be "Bulls". That would've been hilarious  But, in all seriousness, we're no where near the best team in the East right now. We still desperately need a starting calibre SF.

Yep. Agree.

On top of what DetroitKG said, Washington is solid.. I like what they got. Don't forget the Cavs, even if they are a trainwreck right now.

So, no, we're not the best in the East. What we are witnessing right now is great though and we could make the playoffs if we keep playing like this. :) Let's do that first.

No way. Still a small sample size despite the amazing win today. At least 5 teams are better than us for sure.

So, Maker, you aren't just a pathological font of negativity, eh? I was shocked to see this thread came from you.

You're just a basic, run-of-the-mill over-react-er. That's dull. I'm disappointed.

This may come as a shock to you, but it's not even mine. I stole it from SVG... As long as no one tells him, I'd say we're good

No. But the team has a ton of upside and the defensive rotations were looking pretty crisp during parts of the game. It was a beauty to watch against a great team.

Yeah let's not turn into that fan base everyone hates like the Raptors. Slow it down and prove ourselves more first.

Lol. I meant like "the quote" as *THE QUOTE*. Since it is the quote of the season :D. I had to refer to it as something. Haha. Felt right.

I'm celebrating with drinks.. I may have started early.

Tom Gores' Securus faced a class action lawsuit in 2024. The company engaged in a "quid pro quo kickback scheme" with county jails in Michigan which banned in-person visits in order to maximize revenue from voice and video calls.
