vs
This will be the 1st time smith has been back and iam sure everyone is excited lol.Rockets are obviously the better team especialy since jennings has gone down. The only way we win this game is if dre/moose dominate on the boards and we get help on our perrimiter from kcp, meeks, singler, etc, also if we come out with mediocre defense, the rockets will make us pay.Hopefuly kcp can do a good job guarding harden,if he can do that and our bigs and perrimiter guys play with some energy,we mighttttttttt pull this one out.

Like everyone else, I hope we see a bit more effort from the guys tonight. It'd be nice if our shots dropped too.
Is Howard out for the game? I heard he had more knee trouble.

That helps us then. But regardless of the result, it's nice to see one of the best scorers in the game (Harden) play.
Come on Pistons!

I kind of wanted to see a Dwight/Dre matchup.

Last time I remembered was Dwight completely destroying our front court offensively and defensively

Got this as a W. We haven't had a 2 day break in forever. Hopefully translates to energy and shots falling.

Personally, I don't like Harden or his game, reminds me of a better Prime time Gilbert Arenas, agent 0. Didn't like him either. Not a fan of the flop and flail routine to get to the FT Line. Guys that run over people then flail to get FTa's and the NBA has refs that buy into it and reward said players instead of issuing Techs for "flopping". That style disgusts me but I'm probably in the minority so I can't see it changing any time soon. Everyone (casual fans) wants to see guys going off for 50 pts and huge numbers so lets fore go defensive play and give offensive players every call. Basketball is supposed to be an offensive AND defensive game.

Fair post. I agree. His playing for the foul is too repetitive and cheap, but watching Harden's offensive game is fun, His ability to hit clutch shots and shoot the three is what impresses me. Of course, I also understand that the stats he puts up are because he plays a large quantity of minutes.
And at the end of the day, the game is indeed about offense and defense- we all know what Harden is like on the latter

Thats the first time i've ever agreed with that airhead Matteen Cleeves.
Pump the ball inside to Monroe & Drum all night long, without Brandon we really have zero on the wing. Play around our 2 best players. Inside out, guys will get wide open 3's if we do.

I hope the Palace cheers Josh, I will definitely cheer him. There isnt anything I have ever supported more than Josh Smith being in a Rockets jersey.. Or any other team's jersey that isnt mine for that matter.
