Wes Matthews joined the torn achillies club last night. I hear he and Jennings are working on a secret handshake.

That's a huge loss. Good thing Portland got Afflalo at the deadline.

Nabbing Afflalo almost looks planned at this point.

Yeah, that is some crazy timing by the Blazers to grab Afflalo. They're similar players and obviously, Wes is probably better overall especially defense, but man, I don't really see them missing that much of a beat either.
Crazy.

So you're saying the odds against the Pistons improving are astronomical?

Middleton having a career night for the bucks right now, and he's been really good with an increased role offensively since the all star break. Would love to go after him and make an offer Milwaukee wont match, considering they have Giannis and Jabari at that position.

I think they view KMid as more of a 2 rather a 3. He can get mismatches and guard 2s better than he can with 3s. But realistically can play both positions adequately enough. Also, the guy is clutch as hell too.
I'd love to make a run for him, but I'm still fixated on Gallo.

Holy F*** Irving is going off on historic proportions right now.

Kyrie played out of his mind. They had no business winning that game and he literally willed them to this win. LeBron has 30/5/7 and Kyrie's made him look like more or less like a decoy today, just incredible.
Wish we had someone that good.

They have 2 #1 picks on their team right now. I think that'd be a great way to start, or hell, even a top 3 pick. When's the last time we had a top 3 pick?
Christ.

Man. If we didn't mess up though, and picked right. I just want us to have another Grant Hill type star again.

Don't worry man. We are going to get to that #6 spot and win us a top 3 pick

.im thinking a Towns in our further and he's our next Rasheed.

Man I hope so, I don't know much about Towns, but I think we need to win a top 3 pick at least once a decade to even start a proper rebuild lol.

Rudy Gobert has been outstanding on defense. The guy is so long and hustles every play, it's hard not to like him.
I think I read that the Jazz are number 1 on defense post all-star break which is fantastic for what was a tanking team earlier.

Are people really questioning if dre is our center of the future, just got done reading the thread on the GB (which I might add was made by a guy who is an obvious troll with that account) and its cazy how some are talking about a 21 yr and trying to put him in a bad light.

Anthony Davis flirting with a quad double.
Honestly haven't seen a player play like this in a looooooong time. Too long. He's going to be in MVP discussions for years to come.
