The moratorium was just lifted and they can sign these guys. Introductions will be planned shortly.

Only Morris? That's kind of odd. The chances of Bullock making the roster seem to dwindle a bit if they're not even having him at the press conference. Granger too, but it's mostly expected that he's getting waived anyways.
EDIT - Nevermind, Ellis says Bullock will be there on Saturday.

We have 17 players under contract, 15 roster spots, and word that the Pistons are looking for another PF.
So where do you see Bullock fitting?
R. Jackson/B. Jennings/S. Dinwiddie
K. Caldwell-Pope/J. Meeks/D. Hilliard
S. Johnson/M. Morris/Q. Miller
E. Ilyasova/A. Tolliver/????????
A. Drummond/A. Baynes/J. Anthony
Bullock/Granger/Martin seem to be on the outside looking in.

I'm curious to see what SVG says too, and I'm curious to see Morris' reaction too, and what he thinks of this trade and his roll with the team.
I'm not sleeping on Bullock, I think he'll get some minutes backing up the 2 and 3, and if there's an injury to Meeks or anyone really, then I could see him getting significant minutes. I could be wrong, but I think he'll have a spot on the team.

I don't know how much stock I would put into Mayo's comment about the team viewing Miller as mostly a small forward.
As it stands though he would be the third power forward since there isn't anybody else on the roster that could legitimately play there. The team doesn't need an even three players at all five positions, but for the sake of roster flexibility that's where Miller would be slotted. I definitely view it as one of those three is fighting for the last roster spot and not none of those three are likely to make it.

Doesn't make sense that Miller was asked to bulk up and put on weight this off-season only to keep him at SF. Also he was going to play big minutes at PF in summer league - hence the huge hole there on the team.

There were also reports that Stan wanted to go after another PF, like Darrell Arthur.

Which would make sense, but like I said in another thread the tweet where that rumor came from is almost a week old and the article by the Nuggets writer that the tweet was getting that information from is a day or two older than that. The time for that to happen has probably passed, especially considering Detroit doesn't really have any cap room left to spend.

He looks and seems very excited to play here....!

He doesn't want to be here. Hopefully Markieff is traded somewhere so we can re-unite them come December.
I've had bowel movements longer than the presser. And a lot more lively as well.

I believe green font is the generally accepted way to indicate sarcasm over the interwebs.

Yeah, the only questions he got were basically "Will you miss your bro?" & "How will you help SJ eventually take your starting spot?"
It also seemed like the mics weren't working well so who knows. Being traded probably isn't fun but he should start and he'll be fine in this system. Weird presser though.

You can't really read into stuff like this too much. I know there's an urge to find meaning in every little thing, but there are tons of guys who have that same expression when taking pictures. Totally opposite conclusions can be drawn from this:

Thats was the shortest and least exciting press conference ever, you can tell Morris just doesnt seem to be very happy to be traded here. For some guys basketball is just a job. Anyway he could be a nice fit, lets see how that works out.

Hmm, I think it was the more overall feel of the press conference. He didn't really look too excited to be there and only said very general things.
