You have no idea what kind of beast you got.To the people who think he will be a role player or will play from bench for 10 minutes you are  If he is healthy oh man just wait.

Agree if he can improve he's defence he could be all star because in the post he is unstoppable with his hookshot, amazing footwork plus passing ability almost equal to best NBA passers, can hit threes at pretty high percentage for big men and also fast runner for 7feet player.

He's a solid starter with potential to be more if the injuries don't hamper him.

One of the best post up bigs before the injury and can stretch the floor in a pinch to open driving lanes. He's everything I wanted out of the PF/C spot for a while. I freaking love fundamental euro bigs.

So crafty and loves to pass. Plays hard on defense and can stretch the floor in a pinch.

With acquisition of D-Mo you also gain a package of new fans that are lithuanian. Some of them will be quite biased. Be ready. :D

I asked for him on November 30th! :D
ducler wrote:Motiejunas is really the guy we need: good shooter, good post moves, good passer, good defender, good bb iq, also a poor rebounder with poor athleticism but still... He's the perfect fit next to Drummond.

Why would Morey give him up? Especially with the uncertainty around Howard? I mean D12 walks and who is the starting center?

Hype vids can be made for anybody and make them look legendary. Hell, I bet Spencer Dinwiddie has one somewhere.

As a fan of NBA I completely agree. As a fan of DMo, I disagree!!! He's the best player of all time!

Capela would start and they would retool with the draft picks had they given up Howard and truly build around Harden.

They are blowing it up. Have decent young pfs under cheap contracts. Decided not to resign as he might be costly and they can't really pay him much if they want a shot at Durant. Might as well get something instead of letting him walk when someone offers amount they can't match.

The only thing that scares me about him is the fact that his injury is a BACK injury.

Please dont overrate a player before seeing how he performs. + he is coming from back injury. Keep your expectations low.

Yeah those tend to come back (pun intended) once in a while.

I know we sent him off to a back specialist yesterday to make sure everything is fine before finalizing the trade. Haven't heard we cancelled the trade so hopefully we had a good long look into everything.

Alright our new Lithuanian posters, How good can DMO be starting next to Drummond? We gave a 1st for him so I'm kinda thinking this might be the long term goal. Do you guys see him being to defend all these stretch 4s of the league away from the basket?

At his weight his back will be under heavy stress in the post vs other 5s.
Reserving judgment until I see him defend.
