Our players showed up to camp early and were working out long before majority of the league. My best guess is that while teams were still adjusting to each other, Detroit was ahead of the curve and our commitment to defense was more sound. I think now , teams have made their adjustments and we no longer stay commited to the defensvie end of the floor. While it doesn't completely explain why we fell off, our problems have been the same all year and it doesn't seem that we've figured it out.

what a swing, a few weeks ago i was wondering if we could push for the 3rd seed, now its going to be tough to even make the playoffs, its just been so long..

we had numbers in transition and RJ held the ball. one thing i'll definitely miss about BJ

Reggie is one of the worst transition tempo setting guards in the league.

Granted the last two games were horrible, but got to give it a few games to see if this group can gel.

Morris and KCP should improve marginally in the shooting department.
