Sign a real backup PG and maybe a PF and I'm fine. You can only completely redo your roster so many times. We need consistency and chemistry now.

Wouldn't care. I only see him doing minor moves, unless something big comes up he can't pass on. We basically have our team of the future just have to let them grow. Hopefully they do grow and hit their potential

Great question as always Lamb. I think we're looking for a backup point guard and either Tolliver or Tolliver's replacement. Having Meeks healthy will be like adding another wing. Outside of that, I think we're all set.

We have 7 guys that have been great for us. Meeks is coming back meaning we just need 2 more guys, back up PG and PF. It'll be interesting to see who they get. Wouldn't call it a quiet offseason. It would complete our team. Only reason I see Meeks coming back is because of his contract

We need a different starting 2-guard. KCP simply isn't consistent enough and as good as his defense maybe, it doesn't make up for his crud shooting in what is becoming a shooters league.

There's really not a lot to do but work the trade lines or sign a few bench players to be honest. The core is in place and just needs to develop but the bench needs some work.

Ok considering we have brought in Tobias. He's likely a bigger acquisition than anyone we could've gotten this off-season. Really, just re-sign Drummond, draft with our 1st round pick or look to deal it, grab some backups at the positions we need them, and we're set.

I voted content in that I would not be upset with SVG if he has a quiet off-season, but not content with the team's core. I think it's pretty clear that Stan's biggest moves will come through trade rather than through free agency.

I think we have a good starting five. If we could upgrade marcus morris for someone with equivalent defense and better shooting, cool. If not, he works and is on an amazing contract. I'm more hopeful for smaller deals for bench sparkplugs. guys like marvin williams, bazemore, teletevic etc are the mini runs we need as opposed to a grand slam.

Although I want exactly the scenario Lip laid out, I didn't vote because, to me, the difference between "mildly disappointed" and "content" is WHO we acquire. If it's re-signing Tolliver and and D.J. Augustin, then yes, I'll be mildly disappointed even though they'd check off the necessary boxes. If it's one of those guys and one bigger fish, like Meyers Leonard, Jared Sullinger, or Catalysm's call to trade for Knight (seriously, with Booker and Bledsoe set as their back court of the future, what would it take?), I'll be more than content, I'll be thrilled.

I know I've said this before, but I think the aborted D-Mo trade tipped SVG's hand for his vision for the team — he's not looking to add huge names anymore, but rather to build depth and versatility (particularly around Dre). I think he feels we have six starting caliber players; D-Mo would've been a 7th, so I think that shows that he wants to add at least one more player of that caliber and then complete the roster with high quality bench pieces (like Baynes is, and a healthy Meeks could be).

Last thought — I AM NOT comparing our team to Golden State! But that said, three years ago, the Warriors already had Curry, Thompson, Barnes, Draymond, Bogut and Ezeli and they won 47 games. The next year they added Iggy and won 51. The next year they hired Kerr (and I think added Livingston) and won 67 and the title. This year they basically changed nothing and are making a run at the Bulls' all time record. Honestly, did anyone think they'd be anywhere near this good three years ago? I'm not saying we still don't have work to do to improve our team, but seeing as our best six players are all 26 or younger, our best assets towards improvement right now are time, patience, and growth from within.

That's kind of what I've expected since the Harris trade. So I guess I would be content maybe? That could lean more towards mildly disappointed though depending on what competent backup point guard and possible backup power forward they could sign or trade for.

I've been on record saying I don't mind Meeks and nothing has changed there. Hilliard and Bullock are looking like they could be legitimate backup wings in the league too so I'm not really concerned about adding another shooting guard. That's low on my priority list for the offseason.

As for the draft pick, if it's kept I wouldn't be surprised to see the team draft an older prospect who could contribute sooner. Denzel Valentine, Demetrius Jackson, and Taurean Prince could all fit that mold and go in that 16-20 range.

Another way of looking at this is that we've already had a good offseason. If we would have snagged Harris this summer, I think everyone would be pretty happy with that. We just got it done early and before things get really wacky with the salary cap exploding.

And if SVGs strategy is to keep getting good (but not great) players like he tried with DMo, then I think that is a good strategy, at least until we have 8-9 of them. By then hopefully Drummond, RJ, and one of our wings are all All Star quality.
