I've only been a Pistons fan for a season and a half and Iv'e got to say, George and Greg are great to listen too. In fact, when one of them is not calling a game for some reason, it just doesn't feel right. Both of these guys are great at what they do imo.

Knicks have Mike Breen which isn't really fair. Without Breen Walt can't carry himself as well even though he has a smooth voice.

But the list seems pretty accurate obviously Pistons should be higher but, with the Rockets being dead last I feel justified.

I like the wolves guys. These rankings are bad. Celtics should be last.

Spurs and Bulls should be last. A tie for 30th....pick some NBDL team or something as 29th.

not a bad list. we could be higher but im not upset. i like greg and blaha so much because theyre in-sync and arent particularly bias; which is very hard to find.

Not a bad list, but Blaha deserves a little more respect.

I'll admit I'm biased, but Greg and George are terrific commentators. They have a solid rapport, and are willing to give the opposing team praise, and the Pistons criticism when deserved. They're likable and professional.

Can't say much about the other teams, but do enjoy the Knicks commentary as well. Can't stand the Spurs team.

King, Carr, Reid, Heinsohn, and Lawler need to be tied for last.

The morons who do Phoenix's should be tied for second last until they at least learn player's names.

Agreed, their color commentator takes the word homer to a new level. The guy sounds like he's a realgm poster with some of his reactions to calls/non-calls. The Warriors' color guy is also horribly biased.

George/Greg are easily top 5 imo, they provide a good combination of objective insight and excitement, and despite being a massive homer at heart, Blaha does a great job of giving credit to players from other teams. The Wolves/Raps/Mavs/Lakers teams are among the other team commentators that I don't mind watching.

Also, honorable mention to the Nuggets commentators for bottom 5. For anyone that wants to watch the lamest commentary for a 40+ point game:

I like Special K, but I think Blaha's best pairing was with Laimbeer.

Bulls in the middle of the pack damages the credibility of this whole thing.

Listening to those 2 is like listening to a couple of particularly nasty, particularly ignorant fans.

i must say, i really like our guys.

i know there are some weird rankings but the raps at #6 is a joke. i absolutely can't stand them. if you ever wonder why raps fans on real GM constantly complain about the refs you just have to listen to a raps broadcast for two minutes to find out. every single time lowry/derozan/anyone drives it's "lowry with the drive, contact, no call", or "derozan takes the hit and scores", etc. every replay they show they aren't commenting on the move/bucket, they're analyzing to see if a foul should have been called. and not only that but when a replay clearly shows there was no foul or the ball went off the raps they act like the raps got screwed.

sorry just had to vent.

I can't stand listening to the Heat broadcasters(one of them sounds like Casey Kasem on a sedative)... and the how the hell did the Kings' guys get ranked 3rd?

Ok, I'll admit, Stacey King has warmed up to me since hearing him commentate whenever we faced the Bulls over a stream.

His enthusiasm for his own players are exactly what fans would want to hear if it was my own team. I don't think there's anyone better for pure homerism bias. He's fun.
