Game 65: Pistons (33-31) @ Hornets (35-28) - 7 PM EST

This is a huge game not only to make the playoffs but to make 7th seed and avoid the cavs in the first round... We play the hornets once more after this game too.

Go Pistons!

Go Pistons!

This is definitely a big one... The ESPN game Monday vs Washington is pretty big as well and then we've got Atlanta twice during the upcoming 9 game home stand which is another team that would be really good to take care of.

Stanimal at point would be interesting. Maybe leave Marcus in too in order to be a 2nd facilitator.

This might be the most important road game of the season. It will give the team momentum for the next few road games, and help set a tone for the upcoming 9 straight home games.

Hornets have been playing great lately, winning 5 straight. However, 4 of those games were at home, with the only road game being against the Sixers. The opponents were pretty weak too, including the TWolves, Pellies and Suns. The only team they beat with a winning record was the Pacers. Pistons always seem to struggle against the Hornets, but hopefully they play well and get the win tonight. I expect the game to have playoff level intensity.

I'm not going to be devastated if we lose, but this is a big game if we can get it. KCP needs to put the clamps on Kemba.

And Dre needs to work those mediocre defensive bigs.

We're an excellent home team. Garbage on the road. Should be a good one. Good luck

They need to go ahead and explode in this game... If they get a win here its a huge statement.
You need 2-way wings, 2-way shooting bigs, and you can't allow low iq players on the court. Assist/turnover ratio is crucial. Shooting point guards are icing on the cake IF they are plus defenders.
Weaver & Casey, govern yourselves accordingly!

And with Meeks practicing too, this might be the healthiest we've been all year. I like it :D
Hopefully Stan can find the right rotations without hurting chemistry, but more healthy bodies is never a bad thing.

I don't know why as I feel we have a much better team but the the Hornets have our number.

Accept that this is a loss and as its an away game a blowout loss.

Look forward to the next game and don't even watch this one as it is utterly pointless.

We haven't beaten this team on the road since Feb 10 2015.

There's a blowout coming alright...
