105-87 This should be an epic blowout but will probably be closer than comfortable.

We lost to this teams. Let's dispel with the fiction we know we are going to blow them out.

Last night was the best first quarter I've ever seen the Pistons play. It was seriously incredible to watch. The past two games even the loss vs Atlanta, we've come out firing with energy. If we do the same thing tonight, it'll be an easier win than last night. Unlike the Kings, the Nets can't score as well as Kings.

The main reason is because this is once again a brand new team learning to play together. You see flashes of how damn good this team can be, and then you see disorganized play and turnovers.

Some posters here lose their minds and want to trade Drummond for headcase Cousins, move pope, e.t.c.

If by the end of next year the team looks the same then you start to make moves. You dont do it 15 games in.

The Pistons should absolutely crush the Nets tonight.

Pretty much man. I don't get the posters on here. I mean this is a brand new team. Putting in Tobias gives a new dynamic to the team that people just don't understand. Mix that with injuries and it really is still new with raw chemistry. It's growing and it's pretty special to watch. To be honest if they keep it at least close for the Playoffs race even if they don't make it I'll be really happy with this season. I haven't watched a team fight this hard for so long. Next season I expect us to be Top 4 in the East regardless if we make the Playoffs or not. But how far we go next postseason is determined by the postseason experience of this season which is why it's so important to make it now and get better next season. I can't think of a team that won a championship right away after not making teh Playoffs the year before. I think Cleveland last season was the closest to do it.

When this team is on and flowing and players hit there spots, and rotations are crisp they are a sight to behold and amongst the best in the league.

When they are bumbling missing assignments, throwing the ball away, and learning to play together they look wretched. That should be expected. The oldest in the starting group is 26 for **** sake.

I firmly believe that this starting group will be amongst the best in the league and after Stan has completed building the bench in the offseason the team will be amongst the best in the league.

Time. It takes time to build a team.

I predict us to get out to a big early lead and this forum will be a ghost town. Then once the lead gets under 10, the board will threaten to crash with the increased posters throwing out stupid trade scenarios for their respective whipping boy.

I think the reason that sentiment is prevalent is due to younger posters who believe the path to a championship is the Lebron/Heat way. Just improve the talent based on player stats and disregard the value of a team becoming great by growing together and learning each other's tendencies, strengths and weaknesses.

Golden State is a perfect example. The best team in the NBA but definitely not the best player at each position.

How are we down right now. This Nets team is the definition of a D-league team
