And this is who basically fractured this board this summer? Westbrook looks closer to Josh Smith 2.0 than the savior of the franchise with our so called big 3. He's on the wrong side of 30.

Not that anyone on this FO was going to beat HOU offer of 4 future picks since Morey won't be the GM when those picks convey but it's still alarming to see how badly he's been playing. We may have dodged franchise destroying bullet. They're winning despite this though since Harden shows up during the regular season.

The league really is in good hands once the early 2000s era officially ends ie LeBron retires one day. Guys like Luka are killing it right now. It's almost like seeing a combo of Larry Bird and James Harden.

I can't believe the royal screw up from the Kings and even the Sun's...Man if we had Luka on this team.

A dude we didn't want (and to be fair, showed very little most of the time) and basically released is now averaging 20 ppg.

I remember watching Dinwiddie outplay DRose and John Wall in back to back games when he got to start with us very briefly and thought he could be a legit starter in this league.

At least we weren't the only ones to make the mistake. Chicago missed out on him too.

Spencer Dinwiddie put up 41 at San Antonio last night (albeit in a loss). Another shrewd move on the Pistons part.

No doubt about it, Spencer has proven his worth and then some. It was clear SVG wasn't the right coach for him and I'm glad he's blossomed away from us considering we likely would've ruined his career if we kept him on even longer.

I pretty much have zero faith in this FO to actually take time and develop multitudes of talent. Too much turnover with coaches and bad hires in the last decade.

New FO now though.

Time will tell...

Luke, Brown, Svi, Woods, Sekou, Bone all look promising to a certain extent

Morant is a beast, Gots the Grizz on a 6 game win streak and playoff hunt. Crazy efficient game tonight beating the Rockets.

Wish there was a guy like him and Zion at the top of the draft this year

Imagine that the grizzlies have a better future than us and saying this three years ago.

They’re honestly rebuilding extremely well. Taking on contracts and picks all over the place. Also JJJ and Ja are the future

Clippers are 6-6 in fg attempts 10 feet in and are up by 15 after 1 against the Cavs. Drummond already has a 3pt attempt.

The second we win a game we're going to pass the Bulls. They're playing terribly and they've stayed right on our heels during this recent losing stretch.

We'll probably beat Charlotte.

I wanted to avoid Westbrook like the plague during the offseason, but he seems to be turning a corner right now

Russ really has turned it around it seems. I was heavily against it and the fever pitch from the Pistons fanbase ravaging over him during last offseason. But he has way more to work with in terms of talent and spacing, neither of which was ever going to work out here. We likely would've ran him through the ground. All star reserve is well deserved.

But is anyone catching these Zion games? It's simply insane the way he moves and is basically a walking bucket once he's inside. He really is closer to Shaq and Lebron than anticipated.

"John Beilein, Cavs expected to make a decision on Beilein's future within next 24-48 hours"

Has a headline like that EVER been followed by a "yah know, we've decided he's gonna stick around" type outcome?

It's just funny the way these things break sometimes.

There was word that guys at start of training camp already didn't like him. It was a dumb hire on Altman's part, I get what he tried to do since they were going for youth and wanted them to rein in, but Beilein is an old fart that should've retired.
