I thought it'd be fun to do one of these on each of the boards. Please provide response/summary below if you wish to be included in the contest.

I think this is the toughest line I set in the EC. I think they are a lock to make the playoffs and could realistically beat any opponent in the EC. That said this is a gritty roster that hasn't won a playoff game yet. I think they are in the #4-#6 seed slot and force a game 7. If this is 1.5 I'm going over all day and 3.5 under all day.

At 2.5 I just slightly lean over.

I had to take the over, because I think this team is going to win a series this year.

Took the under - still think we're a road team in the first round.

Damn. I won't even do season predictions yet. Playoffs?

Over; I think we at least force a Game 7 against anyone other than CLE or BOS (and for the record, I expect BOS to be active at the trade deadline and make a big move that secures them the #2 seed). But I think every other match up is a coin flip, so if we're 50/50 to win the series I'll take over 2.5 wins.

As long as we finish top 6 in the conference, which I think is very likely, we're likely to either win a series or at least play in a tight one. Over, although not with supreme confidence.

We'll get the 6th seed(or 7th, not 4th 5th or 8th) best case 2nd or 3rd(not likely). Gotta steer clear of Cavs. Everyone else we can beat. And then we make it to eastern finals and take cavs to 6games.
My only hope is we beat the Raps in the playoffs. The season will be a success then

Does this board do a win prediction post? Seems like now is the time to do it, but i don't see a thread for it. Fun to see how silly/smart we are, later during the season.

We're going to win 51 games and be a top 4 seed. Gotta get that brilliance on record!

I'll say 6. Here's the logic.

We have one of the best records in the East, get's us a 3 seed.

We get home court advantage in the playoffs against someone like Chicago or Washington. We win the series. That's 4 wins.

It is essential we get the 3 seed. Otherwise, at #4, we get matched up with Cleveland in the second round. Anyone besides Cleveland, I say we get a couple of wins. Even against Cleveland we get a chance to win two. So 4 + 2 = 6.
