Floor would be 8th seed in the east, ceiling is 2nd seed. Without any injuries it's hard for me to see them missing the playoffs. This team is deep, primed and hungry.

Floor is 9-10 seed, ceiling is probably 4th seed and maybe a first round play off win.

I don't think we can beat cleveland. I think on paper we are the better team, but when Lebron is locked in, he's unstoppable or at least he was last year against a GSW team that i still consider better than our current young developing team

Absolute ceiling is seed with HCA, lose in ECF. Floor is ~9th-10th seed. If I had to take a guess as to what will actually happen, I'd guess 5th seed finish with a win in the first round and loss in the second round. I might be underselling the team but I'd rather be cautiously optimistic.

Ceiling, if things REALLY click, is definitely the 1st seed, because Cleveland isn't going to bother to try to win an amazing number of games like Golden State did last year. Do I think we will win 55+ games? No, but it's possible, and it's possible that 55 or 56 is better than everyone in the East, because it's going to be fairly balanced. Regardless, we're still not going to beat LeBron and company in the playoffs this year, so record or not, ECF is the ceiling.
Floor, barring injuries? Probably around 38 wins. We're too deep and the chemistry is too good to go below that unless Reggie gets hurt or Dre gets hurt. That means we'd miss the playoffs, of course, but it'd require regression from Reggie, no progress from KCP, regression from Mook, no real contribution from SJ, regression from Tobias as a Piston, a marginal upgrade from the bench in general, and no progress from Dre. It's highly unlikely all of that happens. It's nice when the closest things you had to potentially unsustainable performance from last year were Reggie's three point shooting, Marcus' hot three point streak, and... basically nothing else. Everyone should be equal or better, and the bench should go from pretty awful to at least average.
Some odds just came out with the Pistons with the 9th best O/U at 45.5, and that's definitely a solid over bet. Not spectacular, but solid.

Ceiling is 3rd seed. I think the overall talent is there to be even the 2nd seed but the experience and chemistry of the Raptors or even Bos is a bit better.
Floor is probably 8th. I think the overall talent and depth will make us too competitive to fall out of that.

I think the ceiling is winning a couple of games in the ECF, with the first or second seed. And I don't think it is too much of a stretch. Cleveland is on a tier by themselves, but there is no reason why we shouldn't be playing even with Boston and Toronto. I think the #2 seed will be a close race between us and those two.
Floor is the 4th seed
