going for 4 in a row!!! I have a feeling we lose this one though. Being on the road on the end of a back to back. In our favor though we have a lot of depth so maybe someone new takes over tonight if the usuals look fatigued.

I'd be very disappointed if we lose this one. We need to go 5-1 to start while we have a stretch of easy games. It'll give us some leeway to start dropping games once the schedule ramps up.

I'd be surprised if we didn't.

Foye is injured. They're starting Bogdan Bogdanovic at SG right now and he's playing well.

Andre was looking gassed last night with our up and down play. I have a feeling we're going to see Baynes have his best game of the season so far.

This game is important to both get our first road win, and win one of our B2B games with travel because I know we haven't done well in that category over the past few years.

I think the Pistons could win this one without Drummond. I, for one, would like to see more Baynes and Boban for extended minutes. Perhaps, only play Drummond 20-25 for a change.

dre looked tired in the first half but i believe he played 19 first half minutes which is more than he's used to.

anyways, the nets have big men (both power forwards and centers) that can shoot from 3 which usually gives us a little bit of trouble defensively. hopefully we can respond.

I want a win here. I'd actually like to see Beno, Stanley, Leuer and King Henry get a bit of playing time tonight. It's the 2nd of a back-to-back and our schedule is going to pick up, now is not the time to run our starters into the ground.

Much like Knick fan, net fan is a cousin of said group so my disdain, while no where near as intense, is still there.

"They are not a 3-1 team"

Direct from their game thread.

Should be a victory.

Bench needs to come up big in this one, and let's show them that no, we are not a 3-1 team, but a 4-1 team yeah?

On the bench Aron has quietly been doing his thang like always.

It still blows my mind how bad Aron Baynes was in that playoff series considering how good he has been for us otherwise. Now everyone nationally thinks he sucks, lol.

He didn't have great stats, but he had some clutch plays in the olympics as well for a very good Australian team

Yeah, not many center minutes to go around with Drummond starting. Doesn't make a ton of sense to me to split the leftovers between two guys on a consistent basis. It was always assumed that Boban was signed for the following two season instead of this one anyways.

This would be nice win tonight. 4 straight and the first road win of the season. The team is playing well and this will help give them confidence before they start the west coast road trip.

B2B games are never easy, especially on the road. Brooklyn isn't a good team, but that doesn't mean this will be an easy victory. I expect a close game that ends in a W.

The Nets seem to have some juice this year. A road game is always tougher, and we have no one who gets superstar calls. It'll be interesting to see if the Pistons are now deep enough to find adequate effort on a back to back.
