But on an even greater plane of seriousness, RJ > RW.
Tom Gores' Securus faced a class action lawsuit in 2024. The company engaged in a "quid pro quo kickback scheme" with county jails in Michigan which banned in-person visits in order to maximize revenue from voice and video calls.

I watched the Magic/Thunder game last night and it was a slugfest. He went 14-21 for 41pts 16ast 12rbd. Their two headed monster at Center (Kanter/Adams) both nearly got a double double. This should be a challenging game in which the Pistons chances of winning are best if the Thunder are tired.

Pistons better come ready to play. Thunder lost to the Magic last night, so they are not going to be in a good mood. Further, there's the baggage from last year, although KD's defection and RJ's absence might ameliorate that to some degree. Yes, go Pistons.

Anyone remember game75 during last season? That was a tough battle, everybody was bricking like crazy but we got our 40W. They were Durantless just like now ;) I like our chances, and Thunder ain't in good mood I think, since Ibaka made the winner yesterday

5-5 without Reggie so far? I'll take it and smile my ass off. Get tonight's game and the team is above .500

I couldn't be happier so far. Reggie gets back, and they are off to the races. Tough game tonight. Defensive matchups without the added bonus of Reggie slicing them up inside is gonna be a problem.

Just a few more weeks people!

with the addition of oladipo i wonder if we still put KCP on westbrook. i shudder thinking of ish guarding westbrook but him vs. oladipo is almost as much of a mismatch.

make Oladipo a jumpshooter and hope he misses them. Ish is too much penalizing guarding a physical 2 guard.

Drummond doubtful with an ankle sprain. This could be ugly.

Supposedly Dre is unlikely to play tonight with an ankle sprain... Happened later on in the Denver game.

That would suck with no Dre but we did recall Ellenson so maybe he will play some 5 tonight.

Klay trade rumors...

From Sam Amico:

Warriors shooting guard Klay Thompson may be available in trade talks, and if so, the Celtics appear to have the best chance of landing him, per CSN Northeast.

Per CSNNE: “In the scenario, Brian Scalabrine said, the Celtics would send out Avery Bradley, Jae Crowder and the right for Golden State to swap first-round picks with Boston’s pick from Brooklyn.”

CSNNE added: In return, they would land Thompson, with the Warriors then using the Brooklyn pick to acquire a shot-blocking center. He added on a Facebook Live segment with CSNNE’s Abby Chin that Philadelphia’s Nerlens Noel would be a player whom the Warriors would target with the pick.”

Thompson, 26, averages 18.8 points and has been a key member of a Warriors team that has made it to the NBA Finals in each of the previous two seasons.

Because of the new Collective Bargaining Agreement, the Warriors will be unlikely to keep their nucleus of Thompson, Steph Curry, Draymond Green and Kevin Durant together at the end of this season.

The idea of adding defensive-minded players such as Bradley and Crowder is believed to be partially because of the influence of former Cavaliers coach Mike Brown, now an assistant on Steve Kerr’s staff with the Warriors.

If a package of defensive role players is what they're seeking, Pistons should be able to get in the discussion. Also worth noting that Arn Tellem was Bob Meyers' mentor and boss when they were agents, so we have a direct line to their front office.

Sam Amick reports the Warriors are denying it though:
