I’m not going to say this is a must-win game but we have a really tough stretch for the first half of December, winning this game gives us some cushion in the standings in case we go .500 during that tough stretch.

Yeah need to get this one tonight cause that's going to be rough. Washington is without Wall and SAS without Kawhi so we shall see.

Tough schedule but it'll help the team. Keeping up every player's intensity is very important for the continued success of this new system.

Suns are on a b2b as well, so we really should win this game. Although, last time we had a big win (GSW), we lost to a lottery team, so I wouldn't be surprised if they come out flat

Anyone know why Pistons home games now start at 7 instead of 7:30? It was always 7:30 for as long as I can remember.

We betta win dis one. And Warshington as well. @Philly has Embiid calling out Dre subplot. SAS is always good. GSW and Boston will have revenge on their minds and want to embarrass us on our home court.

I noticed that too. I kinda like it better. starts earlier, finishes earlier. probly due to players living further from the arena? maybe to get people in and out of downtown earlier as well?

Welp, its the vaunted 20 game mark when you pretty much know what you can expect from your team, and when newly built teams really start to flow together in a nice groove.

I stated before the season started I would not do a prediction this year as the team had so many new parts(system, players, arena, e.t.c.)it seemed impossible. I did however state on multiple occasions that I would be ecstatic with a 10-10 record after 20 games based on the teams schedule and altogether newness. It would show growth, and real work being done.

At 13-6, before tonight's game I am happy that they have become better then I had hoped this early in the season. Looking at the games listed in the quote if done before the season started I would be hesitant to guess 3-3, being more comfortable with 2-6.

Now? It wouldn't surprise me if they went 6-0. This team can beat any team, anywhere. Full stop.

They should absolutely crush the Suns tonight to stamp a 14-6 mark after 20 games. It would be an awesome way to officially start the next quarter of the season.

With that said, it is the 20th game so anything can happen. I will be honestly upset if they lose this one, but coming off the best game this team has played in what seems like forever and Andre having a historical performance a let down is a real possibility.

The Celtics win doesn't mean nearly as much if we drop this one. We are rested and at home. The Suns are the opposite. If Bradley keeps Booker in check this SHOULD be an easy win but this team has had plenty of disappointing losses in the past so I'm not guaranteeing anything.

since watson got fired the suns are 8-11 so not terrible. i have no idea how they've won that many games though, they have the 26th ranked offense and worst defense in the league.

yeah a loss here would be a major disappointment.

Monroe is really their starting PF? If Harris is still hot from three point range Moose could be in for a long night.

Offer them Boban, Bullock and Moreland for Chandler. Reggie and Eric expire after this season saving them some money.
