Now that the shock has worn off..... A little more complex...... I'll offer my thoughts later not to skew anyone......

Okay, so to me the question could be.....
Do you think Gores is going to break the bank for this team?
I voted no. I do think the Pistons are a playoff team next year. But......
I don't think Griffin is going to cause 5,000 more fans to show up at every home game.
Per Pelton's analysis, next year we are $3 million under the luxury tax with 12 players signed. Will Gores break the bank to get more talent? Because the team needs a lot more talent. And if he does let Stan sign another MLE, will he sign another Galloway-type? (On a side note, if I'm a swingman, I want to come here. Because there's nothing at those positions at the moment.)
How long will Gores keep up the spending? He does have limits (see: KCP). Will he spend enough on surrounding talent to get a playoff series win? And yes, will Blake stay healthy through it all? Why would Jerry West trade him????????
Again, I think they're a playoff team next year. But I don't think they'll win a series with Blake on the roster.........
