Curious how the Blake moving to Detroit works logistically

Does he stay in a hotel for the rest of the season?
Does he rent a furnished Mansion?
Where would he optimally choose to stay since the practice facility and the LCA are in completely different parts of SE Michigan?
Will he eventually buy a place? I just rent a place and still consider LA his home and spend the summers there?

One thing I think they need to really be careful with is limiting his time dealing with non-basketball related activities. I know the NBA loves community outreach, media, fan signings etc, but he has to be exhausted from all this change after being traded mid-season. You could see it in his play last night. Let the man rest!!!

He stays in Tobias' place, Tobias stays in his.
Reed get's Boban's crib and Boban moves into Reed's.
Johnson picks up Bradley's lease the ROS as Bradley likely didn't buy given his pending UFA status.

Kidding of course. Hell if I know how it really works. I assume all get furnished rentals until the off-season

He was apparently spotted in Birmingham, nice area and sort of in the middle between Auburn Hills and Detroit. I'd guess hotel until he finds something more permanent

Right now he is likely staying at the Townsend in Birmingham (very likely since he was spotted with Kendall Jenner at the Hyde Park Steakhouse a block away). Plus, visiting NBA teams usually stay there. Executive suites in that hotel go for over $1000 per night lol. Starting prices for an entry level room there is like $260 or $270. Pretty sure that Andre Drummond lives nearby in Bloomfield Hills.

Crain's Detroit business mentioned the following about Blake Griffin & newcomers to the Pistons:

"The Pistons flew the new players from L.A. to Detroit on Tuesday, and they have a concierge function that help all new players with housing and other aspects of integrating into a new city.

"Our basketball operations staff has people in place that handle the logistics in terms of getting the players into town, and assisting in the transition from Los Angeles to Detroit," Grigg said.

While the Pistons don't disclose what they do to help players, across sports it's common that teams have immediate housing available along with information about schools, dining, shopping, etc."

The Pistons continue to practice in Auburn Hills and won't be moving practice facilities to the New Center area of Detroit until the 2019-2020 season (1.5 years from now basically).

Even my company had a concierge that helped with basically everything logistics and they're not that huge.

I'd guess the luxuries would be even higher with billion dollar Basketball teams.
