Blazers are white hot right now, and we're pretty much walking with gum all over our shoes.
With the game starting at 10PM, I'll just check the score tomorrow morning to see how much they beat us by.

Does it even matter if we win or lose? Not gonna change anything for us. We'll give the pick to LAC and SVG will get fired after the season is over.

Yeah, the game at this point really don't matter. Another lost season for SVG and co anyways.
I'm really just counting down the days we have new leadership again. It's sort of impressive just how bad we are with a "star".

It really doesn't matter. The odds of us winning enough games to get into the playoffs is less than 2%, and we probably won't lose enough to improve the odds of the pick moving into the top 3 either. We're in a statistical bubble of mediocrity. The Clips will mostly likely receive the 11th pick from us.
I had zero interest in this season, I looked at our roster and immediately recognized we were heading for another lottery pick. I hate this team for starting so hot and making me believe otherwise.

What if we land a top 4 pick? Would change everything for us. One can hope.

The worst thing about this season is we've got a really good idea about how we look next season. I know Reggie Jackson will be back but this team is far from a top 20 pg away from doing anyhting. The hope is we get a new coach with a new scheme and trade Blake/Drummond/both to change things up. No 1st round pick is just so defeating.

I think so. To be fair though the NCAA tournament was on, specifically Michigan/Houston at the same time as the Pistons game.

Their pretty hard to watch. Also its extra bad because normally you could talk about who to draft and what pick our losing will get us. Alot of people have just checked out till next season I imagine.

This is what happens when you have journeymen like Ish, Bullock, and Ennis starting...just not talented enough to win. I'm not even sure we are under-performing. We have a bad team.

Yes, landing a top 3 pick (4 is impossible) would dramatically change the tone of the fan base. That's not even a discussion.
But, the odds of winning it are so small, you can't really expect that to happen.
That said, Gores should be sitting up there when the Pistons pick is announced, so we can see the look on his face when it goes to the Clippers for the stupid trade he pushed for.

small victory: kennard leads the team by far in +/- this month and the utah jazz game is the only one where he was in the negatives. he's pretty much led the team in all the other games.

My god this team is hot garbage.
At least we can end the SVG firing discussions. There’s now way that doesn’t happen.
