Still holding on for the small chance of McCollum for Dre.

I certainly understand it in a way, but our frontcourt would be sooo bad, and I don't see how we'd fix that problem.

How about trading Blake Griffin and Drummond to Toronto for Demar Derozan, Normal Powell and Bebe. Toronto might actually bite

IMHO Blake is untradable now. Let's just admit it until he is traded.

Griffin for Mosgov and expirings
Drummond for Noah and expirings

Completely clean slate in June of 2020.

I don't want to do it, because I think Drummond is still improving his game year over year, but Drummond to Washington for Otto Porter might be something to look at.

The only Otto Porter highlights I’ve ever seen have been on Shaqtin da Fool.

I simply don't agree.

If we offered him to the Kings for Shumpert and Z-Bo, do you think they say no? If we offered him to the Grizz for Parsons, do they say no? If we offered him to Dallas for something around Wes Matthews, do they say no? If we offered him to the T-Wolves for Gorgui Dieng and Taj Gibson do they say no?

I think we certainly overpaid, but there's so much garbage money from the summer of 2016 going to guys who can't play, there certainly would be several teams that would take the additional years on Blake's deal. But it's not something Gores would consider doing, so in that sense he is untradeable.

Need to try for Leonard.

Drummond + Kennard + Johnson + something else maybe? I doubt it, but it's not terrible. Drummond is a center piece and Kennard has upside

I wish! But why would Leonard want to come here without Drummond. Leonard would at least want to come here with talent around him.

All I see is people thinking up ideas to trade away players they personally don't like. I haven't seen anything that could actually happen.

Not to mention that every idea somehow has the Pistons coming out on top in the deal, like every other team in the league is run by morons who don’t realize the Pistons are f***ed and would give them equal or better value in a trade.

Why trade away Blake? Lebron's about to leave the East. The time to contend now. Gotta trade Jackson FRP and one of Kennard/SJ for a guy like Wall. Go all in with Wall/Griffin/Drummond. We'd be top in the East

Vince Ellis' SF list - https://www.freep.com/story/sports/nba/pistons/2018/06/28/detroit-pistons-nba-free-agency-small-forward/744040002/

Mario Hezonja

Jerami Grant

Glenn Robinson III

Doug McDermott

Jeff Green

James Ennis III

Shabazz Muhammad

Derrick Williams

Michael Beasley

Luke Babbitt

Hezonja is going to be too expensive. I'd love Grant but I think he'll be priced out of our range, and likely goes back to OKC if George leaves. McDermott plays no D, either does Babbitt. Muhammad can't shoot threes. Green is finished, Williams played in China the last two years.

Only three names that I like that are in our price range potentially are GRIII for the upside flyer, Ennis III is a real possibility because he has Stefanski and Detroit connections, and I can't believe I'm saying it but SupaCoolBeas.
