The Pistons roster the next couple of years

Ok, so the roster for this year is set and there is little flexibility for any trades due to us being so close to the luxury tax line. here is the salary outlook (khyri thomas hasn't signed a contract yet but i imagine it will be similar to bruce brown's)

so next offseason we could potentially lose SJ, ish smith, reggie bullock our third string PG and C. we would have ~$27 million in space before we go over the tax line to re-sign any or all of them. given our cap situation and that we would only be able to sign mediocre UFA's, it might be worth re-signinga couple of the first three.
the season after that though, the only players on the books are blake, drummond, kennard and likely bruce brown for ~$72 million.
i know "trade blake" or trade drummond" is an easy solution, but if you're in the shoes of the senior advisor of basketball whatever and gores has told you that you can't trade either, how would you build the team in what appears to be a pretty pivotal time in the franchise? who would you keep and what moves would you try to make?
