Following today's trades the starting 5 will be?

Everyone chirping about Kennard taking over for Bullock....I just don't see it happening. Casey clearly has had more confidence in Galloway late in games than Kennard so what makes everyone think it will be different now? I predict they roll out RJ, Gallloway, Brown, Blake, and Dre or possibly even RJ, Brown, Thomas, Blake, and Dre. Watch...Kennard still will not start, I will be absolutely shocked if he is on Friday night. Thoughts?

I'd wait until the trade deadline is over to think about who starts

Galloway is too small to start at the wing alongside Brown. My guess is Kennard since GRIII has been so awful.

Assuming Jackson-Brown-Kennard-Griffin-Drummond start out bench is a pu-pu platter selection of Ish Smith, Jose Calderon, Langston Galloway, Glenn Robinson, Khyri Thomas, Svi Mykhailiuk, Jon Leuer, Thon Maker and Zaza Pachulia.
Bloody hell.

Yeah, Kennard going into the starting lineup and Stanley gone makes our bench BAD.

I mean, at this point, we have zero shooting and relying on a developing Kennard for that sole role is a LOT to ask for.
This is like Josh Smith levels of bad spacing.

I’ll be impressed if Casey still finds a way to keep Kennard on the bench.

I like Kennard but he is still hesitant at times. That should clear up with more experience but as I've given up on the playoffs this year...
I'd like to see Griffin, Drummond, Svi, Brown and Jackson start. Svi's a better fit at SF with this roster and can drain threes. Might as well get Blake used to working with him ASAP. I suspect with some regular minutes Svi can step up. If not,we're better informed going into the summer.
This would give us scoring off the bench with Kennard and Galloway on the second unit with Ish, Zaza and Thon/Leuer.
Whatever Casey decides to do, this may be ugly.

There was a stretch earlier in the year when Bullock and one of our other wings were hurt at the same time. It was pretty damn ugly,
That's likely what we're looking at here.

Its got to be Kennard and Brown starting. Blake, Luke and Ish all shooting 35+% from three which is solid but we're for sure going to miss Bullock and his 38.8%

My first thought on the trade for Thon was that you might try starting him at the 3..

I keep hoping they can flip Glenn for something. Grizzlies trade Conley to anywhere but Detroit and then punts the season. So holiday for Glenn. Otherwise whoever will have to do

Does it even matter? The team was unwatchable before, the #29 in 3 point shooting in the league shooting a ton of 3's every game. We gave away our best and more reliablee 3 point shooter. Kennard is thrash, Bruce Brown can't score, Khyri Thomas costed us 4x what we got from Bullock basically and he is not even NBA material and Galloway is the worse of the 4.
Our Front office signed Calderon and said they were very comfortable trading either RJ or Ish and getting Calderon to play decent minutes. They let Tolliver go and signed GRIII and to complete the mess, they gave Bullock for absolutely nothing. They have absolutely no clue WTF they're doing.
We'll either throw our 1st away for some garbage or we'll draft another SJ. The only good thing Stefanski did since he hired himself to be our GM was to get rid of Stanley Johnson.
Can we please bring either Dumars or SVG back? I miss both of them.

This is all Stan Van’s fault man. SJ and Kennard are his lotto picks...
Why can’t we re-sign Reggie B? Probably the dumpster pile of trash contracts like Galloway, Leuer, Jackson, etc.
Stefanski and crew have many years of horrible decisions to undo and it ain’t gonna be easy or pretty.
