This should be important and difficult. Is Bruce Brown out of this game as well? We could use him to slow down D'Angelo Russell.

Andre should once again feast on the nets front line, barring foul trouble. Big game. Not a must win, but it would be huge and all but secure a playoff berth.

This game is huge. I'm gonna have a great time watching it tonight. It's gonna be a great win! It'll be a fight in the first half but only because they're home and then we're gonna crush them in the 4th quarter. Blake and Drummond will dominate once again. There's just TOO many SHOOTERS on the court
Defense wins championships

Biggest game of the year so far. This would put us a full game ahead of the Nets plus give us the tiebreaker. Bring everything you got guys.

Can’t wait for this one. Nets have been playing well these past few games, so should be a competitive matchup.
If I recall, we lost at the buzzer last time we played these guys in Brooklyn while having the game mostly in our grasp. Hopefully the Pistons are looking for some payback.
Fully expect Dinwiddie to play lights out as he normally does against us. He sure has a vendetta against our team. I get it to a certain extent, but it’s not like he played well for us and we treated him unfairly. Glad to see him doing well, but don’t act like the Pistons did you dirty.

One thing is certain, the Pistons front court should maul the Nets once again.Spider156 wrote:This game is huge. I'm gonna have a great time watching it tonight. It's gonna be a great win! The shooting is going to cool off eventually. It's insane what has happened over the past 14 games(#1FG% #1 3P%)and just isnt sustainable.
What is awesome is that it's almost a guarantee that at least one of the bombers(jackson, blake,Galloway, kennard, ellengton)will have a good shooting game.
Its awesome to have so many damn good three point shooters now.
5 guys shooting over 36% from 3, and one just under. (Ish Smith 35.3%)
Sick when combined with the biggest front line in the league.
Over the last 14 games here are the Pistons top shooters 3P%;
Galloway-49.1
Jackson-48.1
Kennard-46.2
Griffen-38.3
Ellington-37.8
Smith-36.8
That's insane.

With the Pistons I just hope the 3’s continue to fall. If not, we can still dominate the paint and come out with the W.

I'll bet anyone $100 that GRIII goes off this game.
Ok, maybe that's not a good bet. I just hope he shows something.

Deal. What constitutes "going off"? I bet he goes for 10 points MAX

As much as I love Kelser and (especially) Blaha, it's probably time for some new (read: less senile) blood in the booth. Yikes.
Nostalgia only gets you so far.

For him 15 would qualify as going off, I would think. And maybe something like 5 boards and either a block or a steal.
However since I wasn't serious and he's not starting after all which was the impetus for my farcical bet in any case, I must rescind it.

They need to call one of These defensive 3 seconds. You can’t camp in the key like Allen is doing. Dre needs to just hold the ball at the top of the key.

They look a little sluggish, to be expected on a b2b I guess
