As much as I dislike load management, in Blake's case resting tonight makes a lot of sense.

Good to see that BG is getting the game off. Honestly, id probably sit him against PHO as well to give him 5 full days off until they play Sat.

If we win this game I'd definitely give Blake next game off too

Absurd not playing Blake. Team is in no position to do such a thing, and doing it regardless is idiotic.

Man the NBA has become a Bush league.

Very disappointed.

Dude is tired, he's 30, & has an extensive injury history.
It would be idiotic not to give him some rest before the playoffs.

Maybe we should rest Andre, and Jackson as well?

If the Pistons lose tonight, its squarely on Casey.

Load management my ass. They play 3-4 games a week.

This team is only 5 losses up on Orlando. You rest star players when your locked in your position, not when your fighting for your playoff lives.

Not only this, but he is 2nd in the league in charges taken. He has taken a beating. Not sitting him against at least one of the two tanking teams would be silly.

I don't mind Blake getting this game off and possibly PHX. This postseason, the team starts and ends with a healthy and rested Blake regardless of who we draw. Hopefully we can get a comfortable lead and let the rest of the starters take the fourth off as well.

I'm generally against resting otherwise healthy guys, but Blake has looked pretty gassed. With his injury history, a bit of caution is acceptable.

"This team is only 5 losses up on Orlando." Yeah - and they only have 11 games left.

Charges taken, double teams and pounding in the paint... if we can’t beat Cleveland without him we have bigger issues than load management. It’s a back to back where we can get away with it.

Hopefully it gives Leuer a chance to get some burn. I still think he might be needed in the playoffs to backup Blake I'm still not sold on Thon.

Luke has been really off lately. Hopefully he busts out of this slump soon.

I don't know why Casey didn't put the starters back in when we were being sloppy.

Just literally begged the Cavs to come back.

Nice to see Blake get some rest, I hope he rests against the Suns as well
